Super friendly and straight forward
Really friendly, easygoing guy working the shop. I wanted to see the different colours the pax plus comes in, however the boxes were very sealed and secure. He carefully opened my first choice of colour for me, I was satisfied with it and ready to purchase it.
He offered a couple of times to continue opening the rest, so I can be sure, but I didn’t want to put him to any trouble and I was happy enough with the first one. Great customer service. Can’t fault him at all. I’ve recommended this shop to others.
The only thing that would’ve been better is if there were already opened sample units on display, as these vapes come in a variety of colours for a reason.
