Horrible! Please don't waste your money!! They hide their negative reviews on the website, don't believe the five star ratings!

I ordered a children's box. The description on the website states: "Quality selection of Kids clothing items from Amazon, Target, Walmart and other select brands. Most will have new tags and are in ready to sell condition. Although this category are returns, these boxes will have about 80% shelf pull condition (new with tags) and 20% returns.
You will receive 10 pieces of premium clothing pieces for $35"

My "10 premium items" were:
1. A pair of clearly used, dirty leggings with a hole in the knee. The other knee is so worn out, the color is faded. These leggings were clearly well worn.
2. A used green shirt for an adult with a very stained collar, (possibly makeup or hair dye of some sort?)
3. A spiderman shirt with a large stain on the front, looks like maybe someone tried to wash the stain out?
4. Pair of (Cat & Jack shorts $5.00 original price)
5. Plain white t-shirt
6. Dress (Cat & Jack-unknown original price)
7. Loose Underwear
8. Loose Underwear
9. Loose Underwear
10. Loose Underwear/One pair of socks

I can't believe my box contained dirty, clearly used, well worn items. 40% of my box was loose, out of the package underwear that I'm not sure is even new!

After a runaround with customer service for about a week, they finally told me that I could dispute the order. So, they had me fill out a form and take pictures of the damaged items. After all that, they said:

"I will issue you a $5 store credit coupon code on your next purchase with us that can be used on any item and does not expire"

Furthermore, I also ordered an unclaimed mail package over two weeks ago that is marked as "fulfilled" on their website, and they provided me with a tracking number. But, the order has not started tracking still, after two weeks. Customer service keeps giving me the runaround saying, "We are working to ship orders as soon as possible."

Don't waste your money. I paid almost $200.00 for items that are damaged, dirty, used, and lost in transit with no hope of a refund on any of it.

If it was possible I would give ZERO stars. The worst experience ever. Do not order from them. I placed an order for 3 boxes on August 3rd 2021 and they only sent me fake tracking numbers. I have tried to contact them multiple times with no response. Horrible customer service. They just ignore you. I filed couple forms for a refund and still nothing. It has been 12 weeks since I placed my order and I've been trying to cancel the order and get a refund for about 6-7 weeks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

Definitely a company to avoid. Now they have a "refund" option which isn't at all promising. 1 month of waiting for something to ship and now 1 month and counting for a refund to get processed.

Like most everyone else on here I feel like I have been ripped off. Order box in September and within a day had an email saying it was shipped out, GREAT! But there still was no movement on the link to the tracking number. Now, over a month later and several emails promising to expedite, it would be shipped next week and so on, still nothing. Horrible service. If they are really understaffed like they claim, then stop taking new orders! Total scam.

So finally got the box. HORRIBLE!!!
A used dish towel, two extra small bras, a small thong and bikini underwear. Three small children’s shirts, a pair of strange looking womans shoes size 9 and one size 7 1/2 and a dog leash. For 75 bucks. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Company is a scam either not shipping boxes or not refunding canceled orders would love to get enough people to form a class action suite against wibargain.com

SCAM ALERT! Do not order from WI Bargains! Can I give this company negative stars? Like everyone else here, I have been given the runaround by this company for over THREE MONTHS.

I have repeatedly been told that this package was shipped. It has not been. The tracking number is dead - fake and does not align with a shipment.

They DO NOT respond to emails or call back requests. They do not return messages left on their voicemail. They REPEATEDLY hang up on me when I wait on hold for 20 minutes for an agent.

I keep being told they are short staffed - then STOP TAKING ORDERS. They took $95 dollars from me and refuse to send the products purchased.

Horrible business. Horrible customer service. They should be ashamed of themselves. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

0 Stars- Don’t waste money.. Ordered 9/2, boxed received 10/22 Took 1 1/2 months for an unclaimed mail box. Tracking never updated. Emailed several times, they said next week, emailed again then 2 more weeks, we are overwhelmed with orders and packages. I finally received my order, all items were repackaged clothes and used water bottle, used water filter, outdoor hooks, clearly repackaged and not the unclaimed mail box I ordered. 1st time ordering and will be the last. I read other reviews that only “social media influencers” get the correct products and boxes ordered.

This company is a pure scam, I bought 3 boxes of unclaimed mails (sealed mails). They sent me 3 boxes full of kids cheap items wrapped in a white plastic. (pure garbage) I paid $276 for the boxes and they don't want to fix their mistake to send wrong items, I will be reporting this fraud to the next PD.
Be away from them.

I purchased my box of Jewelry Aug.29th. Here we are 10/20 and still nothing. Got the run around with emails after filling out my refund slip. Still have not got my money back.

Scam! Ordered July, 17th and still no box! They sent me tracking in august that never did anything. Begged for a refund over and over and never received even after filling out form. SCAM

Ordered a unclaimed mail box on Jul 9 2021. It is now Oct 20 2021. And they still have not sent the box to me. They have not even gave it to the shippers yet. I called customer service rep 7 different times and every time I was told it will be shipped the following week. What a joke. Then asked to speak to a supervisor. Guess what the supervisor was never in the office when I called. I would never recommend this company

Would like to give -5 stars.....First off, I placed an order August 6th. It is now 10/20 no boxes. Over $266. After several email and phone attempts they abruptly told me they would send a refund after I completed the form. Very unlikely I will see any of my money. I am very pissed to say the least. This company website needs shut down....I am so frustrated. Is there any lawyers or anyone that can battle this? God I am so mad!!!!! This is a complete scam...

I ordered my box in July. July 19th actually and still have not received anything. It's a scam

my story with this company is pretty much identical with everyone elses on here. getting the run around via email. first tried to just get the box i purchased. nothing. then requested refund. was told my box would ship soon but i could still cancel if i wanted. so i cancelled. its been almost a month, no refund. i emailed a final notice today and said i am reporting them to my bank and told them they are thieves and they basically stole my money. never again! scam!

Took 3 months to receive my order….after a few emails and phone calls I finally received the Amazon return box. The outside box was falling apart and most of the stuff was useless. Received an auto wheel part….full of grease and dirt. I believe someone used the new one and sent the old one to Amazon. Not sure if I received junk because I kept contacting them. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM WIBARGAIN AGAIN. Took my money and sent me mostly garbage.

This company is a complete scam. Ordered a box three months ago. They sent me a fake shipping number and then never sent the box. Now they keep promising a refund that I'm sure is never coming. Don't waste your money. They love sending out emails that say they have the box I ordered in stock, and that they ship promptly. Load of bull.

ZERO STARS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. To keep a long story short. Ordered on 9/4 received emails with tracking and delivery ETA’s within days. Delivery dates came and went. Tried calling phone lines hang up on you just as you are the next caller in line. Emailed and was told they would expedite shipments 3-5 days. Here we are 44 days later 3 emails to customer service each saying “we will expedite shipping” and only 1/4 boxes ever showed up. I finally filled out a cancellation request because this company is a joke.

Can any lawyers out there let us know what we need to do to get this company to refund us!!! I’m furious!!! Let’s all sue the pants off these thieves!!!

Scam. I tried to purchase their $100 Amazon box. They charged me for two additional $35 clothing boxes I didn't want. They sent me a notice a few days later saying my package had shipped with a link to FedEx that didn't work. Then they told me my order was complete. Support is rude and unresponsive. At this point i have lost my money and they aren't willing to refund or investigate why a shipping record was never created with their shipper. A Nigerian prince has my money.
