Great quality, good choice and all tubs had tongs to serve. Prompt delivery and came well packaged. Will be using again. Everyone was complimenting the variety.

Good Afternoon, Thank you so much for your kind review it is much appreciated. I hope you have an amazing week. 😊

Great experience!
Easy ordering and great communication. I paid for next day delivery and unfortunately there was a bit of a mix up but it was rectified easily and they couldn't have been more apologetic. Everyone via email/phone was really polite and willing to above and beyond. There was no passing the buck like some companies do. The sweets I ordered were packed well and all well dated. Everyone at our wedding really enjoyed them too! I will definitely recommend them (I actually already have). Thank you!

Thanks so much for your lovely review! We’re really sorry again about the mix-up with the delivery, but we’re so pleased we could get everything sorted quickly for you. It means a lot to hear that our team’s communication and customer service made a positive impression.
We’re also delighted that the sweets went down so well at your wedding — what a special occasion to be part of! Thank you for your recommendation and for taking the time to share your experience.

Sweets for fundraiser
I use Wholesale sweets every year for our Preschool fundraiser. Always fast delivery. Great quality and a huge choice. Unfortunately, this year some of the lollies were broken even though they were packaged well.

Hi,
Thank you for your continued support and for choosing Wholesale Sweets each year for your Preschool fundraiser. We’re really pleased to hear you’ve always been happy with our fast delivery, quality, and range.
We’re very sorry to hear that some of the lollies arrived broken this time, even though they were packaged well. We understand how disappointing that must have been and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Your feedback is important to us and will be passed on to our team so we can continue improving our packaging and handling processes.
I will also pop over an email shortly so we can get this rectified for you.

The customer service was quick to sort out queries. The delivery was a day later than expected. The sweets in the boxes also didn’t have the correct amount of sweets in them either. The package was damaged too. The bagged sweets had the right quantity.
