Phone popups with holder
I ordered the phone popups with the holder to mount to a car dash [or most anywhere]. They worked with me until the design was satisfactory - a couple emails over 2 or 3 days. Keep in mind this was through Covid 19 shutdowns in Spring of 2020 so we also had a shipping delay, but once they got going, these guys shipped them to me in 3 days. I ordered 500 and thought I'd get a package for each and would have to hand out two separate things... They took it to the next level and blister packed in retail packing, the popup with our logo and the holder together. VERY PROFESSIONALLY DONE. If I could post a photo here I would so you could see. Service was horrible
Service was horrible. Nobody seems to know where my package is. The so called manager refused to listen and kept trying to read me a script. I had to get belligerent just to get something besides a script read to me. And I'm pretty sure he was just telling me whatever to get me off the phone.

We discussed about your call and found out that you have been very impatient and using inappropriate language from the beginning of the call towards our team member.
Even though we have mentioned in order emails and on our website that all packages will be delayed due to pandemic and this is a logistic issue which is out of our control, but you kept using inappropriate language without wanting to listen anything and finally you hung up the phone.
