A complex 4 day removal from small village property in Buckinghamshire to a city centre apartment. Access was difficult at both ends and weather was extremely hot. Whole process was efficient and delivered to expected standards. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and worth the cost for the service provided. The teams were consistently helpful, communicative, respectful and professional.

Very happy, used White rose once before and used them again for this move as did such a good job.

Amazing all round. Had the best experience with Paul and his team - cannot recommend them enough. Even in 32 degrees during the heatwave, the guys were quick, efficient, and really friendly. The process from quote to booking to moving was top notch all the way through. Thanks!!

Fantastic service from the first phonecall to collecting the empty boxes. We used the packing service which was worth its weight in gold. Took a fraction of the time it would have taken me to pack and all done professionally and with great care.
Nothing was too much trouble even at the height of the heatwave. The guys were friendly, polite, funny and reassuring. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

The lad's that did our removal yesterday were Brilliant.

They arrived on time, very friendly and courteous.

The Lorry was loaded very quickly and efficiently.

When we reached our new home, we had to wait several hours for completion. The lad's were very understanding and patient.
Once we received the keys, every thing was unloaded and placed exactly where we wanted it.

If I could give them 6 stars I would. Dan and Reece were amazing on our moving day. They were on time, were sure to be very careful with all our stuff and were super reasonable when our housing company delayed our key release. They also then negotiated wet paint left by the developers with no complaints and managed to put everything in perfectly. Could not recommend them highly enough. Again, Dan and Reece were great and were a safe pair of hands to have on a very stressful day. Thank you so so much for all your help and swift communication prior to moving day.

Fantastic Service, super efficient and take all the hassle out of moving. I called the company and spoke to Paul, he arranged for and someone came out the same day to give me a quote. Their quote wasn't the cheapest but Joe who came to look around inspired with confidence, that they knew what they were doing. The quote arrived as promised and I booked them in. Dan and Lee carried out the job over 2 days and were just brilliant.

Highly recommend this company for removals. We had a move which was not straighforward, even resulting in the chain not completing per contract and our furniture having to be taken into white rose storage very last minute. From our first contact with White Rose they were professional but friendly. All staff very polite and hardworking. We felt our possesions were treat with great care and we now have everything back as we left it. A huge thank you.

Five stars - couldn't fault them. The team were quick, effective, and genuinely helpful throughout the move. Special mention to Paul, who managed the diary and timings brilliantly and made the whole process easy to coordinate. The two lads who helped us worked tirelessly and were super effective. Excellent Service - I moved from Surrey to West Yorkshire. Bailey and Reuben our moving team were fantastic. Paul and Hannah in the office were always ready to help with any questions I had. For a long distance move, the price was very very good - much better that the Surrey mover quotes I received. I would definitely recommend White Rose - first class.
