Absolutely brilliant service!!!!! I sent an email Wednesday night asking if I could receive an item by Friday, received a reply Thursday morning saying if I bought the item in the morning it would be fine, I then got delayed and bought it at 11.30am expecting a delay but a confirmation email saying despatched and the item arrived Friday morning!!! Brilliant service and good prices, everything you need, will 100% use again thanks guys 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Was cheapest place on the net for my makita radio saving me £30 at the time. came with in 2 days . Ordered on a Sunday came Wednesday after a mess up. Wasnt happy about this that the email from UPS sends out that it will be delivered when in fact it wont. So this is down both to the company and UPS . Apart from this the service went smoothly it arrived no damage and brand new has stated . so was happy . So would recommend .

Ordered a Paslode nail gun. Got an email refund my payment no explanation. Emailed asked why? Got a short reply don’t mail to NI. Why I recently received a top of the range washing machine and matching tumble drier from Amazon prime shipping free. I get items including heavy items from Amazon eBay, We have Royal Mail, Parcelforce and all the main delivery companies delivering here.

So I asked why as I know I pay exactly the same amount for my orders as someone in Cornwall.

This is the ridiculous answer I got back

Apologies again. The courier companies charge us 5x more to deliver to Belfast than to Cornwall, however the main reason is we don’t want customers’ packages to arrive damaged.

Your using the wrong carrier then I read other trustpilot reviews how badly they are packing an expensive piece of kit at around £500!

Very poor communication, order and paid 7 days ago, no email to state if it has been shipped yet, log on to shop for tracking and shipping details and no tracking number, 3 emails sent over asking for a tracking number and more information regarding shipping, not 1 reply, but they did take the money on the same day, very poor,

Ordered a makita radio to be emailed 4 days later to say they wouldn't post to northern ireland then another 3 days to get my refund
