J'ai commander deux fois première fois jamais reçu heureusement j'ai payer avec PayPal donc j'ai été vite rembourser j'ai voulu laisser une deuxième chance car elle vend vraiment des belles choses et finalement jamais reçu non plus donc plus jamais dommage j'ai envoyer des mail et jamais de réponse merci PayPal d'exister sinon on perdrais beaucoup d'argent.

J’ai déjà passé plusieurs commandes chez Muse et je suis toujours absolument satisfaite. Leurs vêtements me font me sentir belle à chaque fois, et je reçois constamment des compliments quand je les porte.

Ce sont des pièces élégantes, de grande qualité, qui permettent de s’habiller de manière modeste tout en restant très stylée. Franchement, c’est incroyable ✨

I ordered in the beginning of march. I did not receive my order for Eid. I have written to her Instagram account and email, but have not received an answer from her. When people comment and ask about their orders under her Instagram posts, she deletes the comments. Do not order from her website - you will not get your order or money back. She is a scammer.

J'ai porté l'abaya chocolat d'inspiration saoudienne pour l'Aïd et j'ai reçu tellement de compliments ! La livraison a été super rapide et l'abaya elle-même est de très bonne qualité 🤍

Commande expédiée avec rapidité jusqu'à Londres 1 jour avant le Eid, le packaging et les articles sont somptueux, on voit une vraie qualité et bcp de travail derrière les vêtements je suis tellement satisfaite je recommanderais encore 1000x je pense 💘💘

A fuir ! J ai commander une robe 140€ le 7 on est le 19 et toujours pas expédié… la boutique ne répond pas au mail …. Donc si vous voulez pas perdre votre temps et argent passez votre chemin !

This has been the worse experience shopping with a company oversea's in my life! The company comes with poor or lack of communication at all times. Never checking or replying to social media messages and never responding to emails or taking over 72hr to respond. Im talking WEEKS via email! My husband & I still decide to order and the item that was IN STOCK at the time of purchase ends up being out of stock a week later when we receive and email asking if they can switch the color to one that is also out of stock online, so how that was going to work I don't know but less than a week away from EID and I was not about to be tested! Changed the item completely and after 48hrs they replied saying the item was shipping and gave us a lousy $5 off coupon for all the inconvenience. A coupon that will not be used because we will NEVER shop with this company again. Then we pay $70+ to have the items shipped to the USA, keep in mind the items cost less less than the shipping and even if we added more items to make the cost make sense, the shipping price would just increase, only to be slapped with a tariff tax that was never disclosed prior to purchase and should have been covered in the cost of the shipping. Do not waste your time or money with this company, if I could give zero stars I would, the one star is for the items which I can only hope will be nice one we pay double to get them from the post office!

Super accueil de la conseillère de vente NIDAL toujours présente élégante gentille douce à l’écoute qui connaît sur le bout des doigts les produits de la boutique. Si toutes les conseillères de vente seraient comme elle il y aurait plus de satisfaction dans les magansins

Première commande et expérience très décevante.
Livraison extrêmement longue, colis bloqué plusieurs jours sans aucune évolution. Malgré mes relances, on me demande de voir directement avec Mondial Relay, alors qu’il s’agit de leur transporteur et que le client n’a aucune solution ni remboursement de ce côté-là.

Le seul “geste commercial” proposé est un code de réduction de 10 %, ce qui est totalement inadapté à la situation. Au vu du prix de leurs articles, ce geste ne compense absolument rien et ne constitue en aucun cas une solution ou une prise en charge sérieuse du problème.

Depuis, aucun véritable suivi client et aucune réponse à mes derniers mails de réclamation.
Très déçue, je ne recommanderai pas.

J'ai reçue ma commande plus vite que prévue et que dire de la qualité. Juste invroyable, on est vraiment sur un excellent rapport qualité prix. Je recommande +++

I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. The outfit is absolutely lovely, truly one of a kind and completely stunning. Although there was a four-month wait, which was not their fault at all, communication throughout the process was clear, honest, and reassuring. I had seen some previous negative reviews, but I trusted my instincts and decided to go ahead with the purchase, and I’m so glad I did. I received my order recently and the item arrived damaged, poorly made, and far from what was shown on their website/Instagram. I contacted them through email and Instagram DMs with photos and full details, but they never replied. When I tried to leave a comment under their posts, they deleted my comments and then hid my account so I can’t comment anymore.
This has been a very disappointing experience, and there is absolutely no customer support. I’m sharing this so others are aware before ordering.
