Web site said in stock, but that was not the case after placing the order, will have to wait at least 6 weeks before they have it, that's even before a delivery to me can be scheduled. Contact with them is via email portal, so no human interaction, again just another company promising one thing and delivering something other

Ordered from When You’re Outdoors as the item was very competitively priced. Unfortunately the item arrived damaged, but the level of customer service received was excellent. Great to find a company who respond quickly and really care about resolving issues.

We just bought a lovely patio bench set as we wanted something special to finish the revamp off. However, we weren't sure about the delivery as we had a garden party planned for the weekend. So before ordering, I called Customer Service. They could not be more helpful, the nice lady on the call completely understood my concern, whilst putting me on hold, she contacted the supplier on our behalf and confirmed that if we ordered by Tuesday at 2 pm, they would be able to get it to us by Friday and in time for the weekend. And it was, Brilliant! Thank you.  

The product was exactly as described. The service was exceptional arriving on time and very easy to assemble. The deciding factor was setting up 3 payments allowed me to acquire a better product. Looks amazing in the garden. Love it...

The title says it all really! We were looking for an inflatable Spa but didn’t fancy the soft-sided version. We then came across this great hard-shelled inflatable/portable Spa on the When You’re Outdoors site, it looked perfect! The site said delivery was 4-6 days, however, I placed the order Monday morning at about 10, I then got an email about 2 hours later with a tracking number and delivery time, which was only Thursday! Thursday morning arrived and so did the Oslo Spa, we unpacked, and about an hour or so later, we had our gorgeous hot tub set up, it is fabulous! The fun bit is, we can move it into the summer house for the winter, and the lights will make it look awesome, so hot tub parties all year round!

Its lovely to see an online retailer that really puts the customer first. I wanted a particular swingset for my daughter, but it was out of stock. I messaged their live chat, & Stacey confirmed I could order the product which was expected back in the following week, and she would keep me updated. Stacey emailed Tuesday telling me it would be their Saturday morning, and it was. Great service, thank you!

We were on the search for something a little different for a water feature for our patio, so we had a look at a few sites and came across this beautiful spiral on the When You’re Outdoors site. It’s honestly perfect! Offering a stunning contemporary look and feel, with a gorgeous water curtain and LED lights make it so romantic of an evening, perfect with a nice glass of wine chilling on the patio on a warm evening, we love it!
