Very happy with my Walsall puncture proof wheel, it's given my old Jewson's barrow a new lease of life. It arrived quickly and the fitting instructions were easy to follow.

A week after ordering it still hadn't arrived, sent a chasing email and heard nothing back, finally arrived and also finally got a response from them and they clearly couldn't care less.

When you order a wheelbarrow; you expect it to arrive not looking as if it’s completed ten rounds in a boxing tournament. Also, you expect when paying £160 for it to be fit for function and that it wi... Zobacz więcej

I bought a large capacity, twin wheel unit which arrived promptly and in good order. I have used it for a variety of tasks that tested its load volume and capacity to navigate rough ground. One of the... Zobacz więcej

Wheelbarrow was delivered in very poor…

Wheelbarrow was delivered in very poor condition - not like new. It was scraped and damaged in pretty much every area. The delivery driver tried to drop it off without even letting us know it had arrived. He didn’t ring the doorbell or knock, I just happened to be outside and ran into him coming from my back gate. My husband asked him about the condition it was in and he just said it was like that when he picked it up.

I requested a refund and the wheelbarrow was collected and refunded however the refund wasn’t processed in the timescale I was advised. It took almost double the time I was told it would. I would not buy anything from them again.

Pneu tyre very difficult to maintain

The wheelbarrow is great, but I made mistake of getting pneu wheel...punctured fairly soon, and then really difficult to remove wheel (some rusting as stored outside on allotment) and very difficult to replace inner tube as rubber is so stiff. Newly pumped tyre has then gone flat almost straight away. it's so difficult to change that I just haven't bothered again. So basically I own a purely decorative (and expensive)
wheelbarrow!!

Don’t buy a borrow without a pneumatic tyre!

I wasn’t able to buy the pneumatic tyre so opted for the solid tyre instead. This was a mistake and I would recommend to anyone that a pneumatic tyre is far superior to any other type of tyre. The barrow itself was very high quality. I will be buying a pneumatic tyre and will then be happy with my purchase (shame about the extra cost).

Excellent

Excellent service from beginning to end. The barrow is robust but light, exactly as described and just what was needed. Very timely delivery. On this experience I'd thoroughly recommend this company.
