I hav specifically called up and told 1 sales guy my requirements in June 2023, he spoke to me and recommended a package, confirming and telling me I can send bulk messages normally without setting API once I pay up. I paid as per recommendation since they say they r gog to increase their prices. I super regret since I wasn’t really using the software, this my mistake! I only started recently to use but no matter wat, I couldn’t send msg as my template wasn’t approved.. Whatso has rebrand to Growby now n I called up d sales to chk but to my horror, the guy say I def hav to setup API n I gotten the wrong plan n said I hav to sign up another plan under chatsup.co to work instead! I think it’s so ridiculous, it’s like they setup another site to get to u to keep signing up for “something”.. response was slow as well n I hav to keep chasing them for ans! Not a v.professional company.. Avoid!

not gotten support from months....have lots of bugs
1- New messages are not highlighted with a dark color, making it hard to see which ones are unread.
2- A single message showing multiple times in inbox
3-We can't see more details about the sender, such as their email id, business info, etc.
4- We can't add labels to our messages, which makes it difficult to organize and filter them.
5-The software is very slow and unresponsive, and we have to refresh it every time we send or receive a message, as the messages show up multiple times or not at all.
6-very limited features, not helpful at all
7- Many documents are not visible in the inbox, and we can't open or download them.
8-Automated replies are not shown in the inbox, so we don't know if the customer received our message or not.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Whatso.net. I paid €89 with my credit card for their software, but it never worked and my account was never activated. I've tried to reach out to customer support multiple times, but no one has ever responded to me. This is completely unacceptable. I've had to start a chargeback process with my credit card company just to get my money back. I cannot believe that an online company can be so unprofessional and unresponsive to their paying customers. I highly recommend that you stay away from Whatso.net and avoid their products at all costs.

Fraud company. Purchased lifetime plan. Now it's not working, no refunds, no upgrade to other products

I took a While Label Bulk whatsapp sender lifetime license plan from whatso.net. on 31 December 2021 for around Rs. 7078. Now after around 3 months their software is not working and they are saying that they have stopped supporting this software. Now they refused to provide me the software license and also refusing to provide refund.

I bought the software from this website but due to defects I applied for a company refund. But he did not accept my application. I still haven't received a refund. Their support is also very poor.
