Bought a bullet bra from WKD…
Bought a bullet bra from what Katie did. Delivered today. Earlier than expected. But it is poor quality, worthy of Shien or wish… pure trash quality! Would not have paid €2 for it let alone the exorbitant price wkd charged…
Feel totally scammed!
Do yourself a favour & do not waste your time & money shopping at what Katie did… cos all she did was rip me off.

The Maitresse bullet bra is a long-standing style that we’ve been producing and selling for over 20 years, made to a traditional 1950s design using specialist factories. While we appreciate that vintage-inspired lingerie can feel quite different from modern bras, the vast majority of our customers are very happy with this style, which is reflected in its 4.5-star on our site which uses the Judge me verified reviews app.
We haven’t received any direct contact regarding this order and would always encourage customers to reach out to us so we can help with fit, construction questions, or discuss next steps if something isn’t right for them. As a small independent brand, we pride ourselves on offering personal, attentive customer service and are always happy to assist.
We understand that not every product will suit every individual, but we remain committed to quality, transparency, and supporting our customers before and after purchase.
Terrible customer service
They have a thirty day cutoff for returns and after that they just don't want to know. These are not exactly products which go off, and if you are buying a gift for someone don't expect any customer service if when they try it on those thirty days are past.

Thank you for your review. We’re genuinely sorry that things didn’t work out as you’d hoped, and we’d like to offer some context for future customers.
As a small brand, we do everything we can to help customers choose the right size, which is why every product page includes detailed, garment-specific measurements, along with our general size guide. We’re always happy to give personalised sizing advice too. When we heard on 2nd October that the item was too small and the sizing seemed “wrong,” it appeared the measurements hadn’t been checked beforehand, as they are accurate to the garment.
Our returns policy is available at checkout, on our website, and enclosed with every order. Customers can start a return at any time during the returns window through our online portal, without needing to contact us first. We didn’t receive any further messages until 8th December — around 10 weeks after delivery — asking how to return the item, which was unfortunately well outside the timeframe in which we’re able to accept returns.
For international customers, we also cover duties upfront as a courtesy. These can be reclaimed if an item is returned promptly, but only within a fixed period. Once that window closes, the duties become non-refundable, which leaves us unable to process very late returns without incurring a loss — something we simply can’t absorb as a small independent brand.
We always aim to be flexible wherever possible, especially when customers let us know if something unexpected has caused a delay. In this case, no reason for the long gap was given, and the request came far beyond our stated policy, so we weren’t able to make an exception.
We remain committed to clear information, fair policies, and offering a personal, attentive service to all our customers. If anyone ever needs help with sizing or has questions before ordering, we’re always here to support you.
Beautiful stockings
Beautiful stockings that suits my vintage wardrobe perfectly no matter what colours I'm wearing. I think I actually have a full set of coloured seamed stockings now and I always get comments on how lovely they are. Some of them I have maintained for years with careful laundering and care, and I treat them like a precious child! 😁
The only reason I haven't bought underwear from you is because you don't do my bra size and I'm too chubby for the rest. Should that change, I would happily buy underwear from you if the stockings are even a fraction of the sort of quality you uphold in your manufacturing.

So my problem is that I am a size 32 E
So my problem is that I am a size 32 E. I had purchased this style of bra before from this company. I paid more for the shipping than the bra itself. I went back to buying bras from a popular company in the U.S. The problem with that is the band will always be too big and the cups will always be too small. Also even if I initially pay less for bras, I will wear those bras out so quickly that I question if I am really saving money. I had to talk and text with my credit union over my purchases from this company. However, if I don't need to buy bras as often I think that I will save money in the long run.. Quality over quantity. This particular bra and style fits perfectly.

Best customer service ever
The What Katie did website is very informative about it's items and ordering is so easy, it also has the best customer service I have ever known, orders are dispatched with in a very short time of placing them and one is immediately informed of that along with tracking numbers etc. When the order arrives ( usually within a day or two ) it is a delight to open as it is beautifully wrapped. The garments them selves are great quality at an affordable price. It is always easy to talk to someone at WKD if needed and staff are friendly and helpful. Regular customers also get first chance of sale items and offers, it feels like such a personal friendly service, which is sadly lacking in 99 per cent of businesses these days. Well done WKD . Keep up the good work.
