WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
I strongly advise caution before ordering from WeWoreWhat internationally. I placed order with delivery to Italy. The seller created a domestic U.S. shipping label instead of an international one. USPS tracking shows the package never left the United States and was delivered in Pennsylvania.
I contacted the seller multiple times between February 9 and February 14 to warn them the parcel was being routed within the U.S. instead of internationally. I received no response. It was even routed back to them and they re-sent it to the wrong address who accepted the parcel even though I sent multiple emails warning the company that this was happening! Despite clear tracking evidence that the item was delivered to a different country than the address on my PayPal transaction, the dispute was closed in the seller’s favor after they simply provided the same incorrect tracking number. The result: I paid €330 and never received the goods. This wasn’t a delivery delay. It was a mislabelled shipment that never entered international export processing. Customer support was unresponsive and no corrective action was taken. For an international customer, this experience was extremely disappointing and financially stressful. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
Terrible customer service, bad size guide and quality
I have supported the brand and DB for years since she started. But I have to be honest here and the truth is she does not provide real size guidelines. Everything can vary in size depending on what you buy. If you buy bathing suits it fits perfectly fine as long as you’re picking the right size for your body type. If it’s jeans, it’s usually made for people as tall as 5’5 and not the right size for anyone who is 5’2. Her activewear is extremely tight compared to let’s say a set to go out in. I’ve bought two going out sets and both have been super large even though other things in xs fit perfectly fine. She’s just good at marketing. But customer service and being loyal to her customers are not what she stands for. It’s all fake because she likes to pretend there’s an image of caring about others. She is just out to make money. I’ve stopped purchasing from her brand because the people she has left in charge of customer service don’t care and have to follow whatever guidelines she has set in place. Overall, out of the influencers her stuff is the least likely to be good quality and overall satisfaction. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Terrible CS, ordered June 26th, by July 16th they still hadn't ship the item. Chased constantly, and got told over and over was shipping. Ended up cancelling the order. never again. such shame because the dress seemed lovely.

Horrible experience. Order arrived late, the quality was TERRIBLE (seriously, do not try their ski line, it’s embarrassingly bad) and they refused to even waive the restock fee. Will never order from this site again.
The WWW store in SOHO
I went into the WWW store in SOHO a while back and I have never had such a bad experience before. Horrible customer service, lack of inventory, and just too basic of clothes. The store itself was stunning but everything else was lacking.

This company is a complete joke. I cancelled an order and never got refunded and they advertised 2 day shipping before Christmas and the order is supposed to arrive in January. Tried reaching out to customer service for over a month with no response.

Wow, this is the first for me. It's unbelievable.
I have four tops; they are too small. To return/exchange I have to pay a repacking fee $10 for each item. That’s $40, and I have to pay for return shipping.
So it has cost me over $40 to shop with WeWoreWhat; wow, this brings scams to a new level.

I wish I read these reviews before placing an order (from Australia). I think you're better off shopping from reputable brands like Revolve/Reformation. I really liked a necklace part of the Sept '23 Jewellery launch and asked my friend residing in US to place the order for me. First WWW blamed it on shipping delays (for 1 month), then 4 weeks later blamed it on manufacturing delays and said it wasn't shipping (like what?) . Then they sent me an "order dispatch" automated email. 3 weeks later they said that the item is out of stock (again, after I followed up) and refunded the amount. I mean LOL.
Customer service is T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E! They have more interest in their social media clout than actual post sale user experience. Through their instagram I would have never guessed. I have shopped from many American brands and have never had such an experience.
What is even more embarrassing (for them) is the multiple discount codes they have offered with every 3rd email response as if that is going to make things better.
Their team is either overworked/understaffed or they seriously need to relook at their customer experience approach. Anyway, this was my first and last order.
Haughty Customer Service, Poor Quality, Inconsistent Sizing
I have ordered several times from this brand. The clothes are not true to size and it costs money to return or exchange items that don't fit. The customer service email team always has a haughty attitude and has to assert that they are right rather than hearing out customer experiences or trying to work with customers. Most recently I ordered a necklace from them a few months ago. The first time I wore it this week, the magnet in the clasp came unglued and stuck to the other side of the clasp. The customer service response to me relaying this was that I should respect their return policy. ??? I was giving product feedback, which any decent brand would take into account, but here the defensiveness and attitude was unreal. That has been my experience any time I've interacted with them via email, which I've had to do since the clothes usually don't fit. I've had better experience with the customer service on the website directly though the wait time is usually quite a bit longer than described.
Wait time for items to be delivered is usually quite long.
When I've exchanged items, the quality has differed from one item to the next so I never know what I'm going to get.
Additionally, there was one time I ordered something as an exchange, and they waited until they received my return to tell me that the item had gone out of stock. They didn't reserve the item even though I had purchased it and paid for it.
From cs team responses to inquiries and feedback and the constant promo-ing of new items, I get the sense that the company could not care much less about customer's experience, just about producing more inventory, reaching more customers, and making more money.
Overall, poor and inconsistent quality, even poorer customer service, and inconsistent/unpredictable sizing.

First time ordering from this website, I was very disappointed with the items quality for the price paid for a pair of jeans. The item came with brown stains and parts of the stitching sticking out in many places. I wouldn’t reco buying from here unless you go see it in person. They offered to do a return but the complication of having to return I decided to give it away to someone who would wear it as is. As a company in high demand they should not have shipped a damaged item

Unfortunately have to echo the sentiment of the last few reviews re: the Jewellery debacle. I set my alarm and ordered as fast as I could. When I was done the website still showed stock of a few other items and yet I got an email 2 days later saying my order was cancelled due to inventory issues. I find it hard to believe there could be inventory issues with all 3 items ordered. Yes, I’d understand if an item was actually out of stock and maybe they honoured only part of the order for each of us whose orders were cancelled. I think the saddest part is that then influencers seem to have at least 2 of the Jewellery items - bought or gifted, either way. For items that clearly didn’t need to be punted as they were so in demand it’s not nice to be made to feel like as the average customer we don’t really matter.

TERRIBLE. My first time shopping with this ‘company’ and it couldn’t have been more awful. They have a subscription service whereby you can become a ‘Patreon’. You pay a fixed fee every month & then get early access to new releases and discount codes.
I signed up, excited to buy a few items from their new collection (in early access) and also use the discount code they had promised.
Discount code DID NOT work. Free shipping as advertised DID NOT work. You want to know the best part? I still went ahead and placed an order for 2 items - only to receive an email the very next day from their customer service team to say there had been a ‘stock discrepancy’ when I placed my order & they couldn’t fulfil it because they don’t have the items.
I could go on, but I don’t want to waste any more time. Just do not shop here. APPALLING.

absolutely terrible customer service. i received two of the same item - as a birthday gift. i emailed them on the 15th day explaining my situation. they said since i was 1 day over the return policy they could do nothing to help. i explained i had been away on vacation so that was why the delay. they didn't care. so now i have two of the same jacket for no reason... will never be using them again.
