I joined Wetrade about 3 years ago as after looking around at various people in the trading world. they were honest and genuine unlike a lot of people teaching trading. The training package is great, you can take your time and go back over parts again and again. It’s easy to understand and they are always on hand to help or answer any questions. The community is the best part with the Q and As and the Webnairs. Just being around likeminded people going through exactly the journey you are or have been. There is always things to learn or watch. A great bunch of guys and girls.

After trying many different trading programmes and not getting what I needed, WeTrade was absolutely a breath of fresh air and helped me become a funded trader in a a matter of months!
The mentorship and ongoing daily support of the community is just so so helpful and would instantly clear up any questions I had. I think if anyone is truly looking to build a consistent return through trading and are willing to dedicate some time and effort into a programme where you can learn to be in control of your own trading I could not recommend this process more highly. FYI I did this alongside working full-time in business development and I'm now looking to leave the 9-5 forever and it's really all thanks to wetrade. My advise, get stuck in as soon as you can, you won't regret it.

After always wanting to learn how to trade, and not just copy signals, and have joined a few bad groups and been scammed myself, I was alway unsure about joining. But during the call you have before you enrol I could see straight away the community and peoples results that they post. The mentorship program they have is next to none, they are always on hand if you need help. Would highly recommend

I joined wetrade.io about a year ago. I was bit apprehensive due to so many teaching Trading companies promising the world and not delivering very much. However I have only good things to say about wetrade.io. The teaching documentation and community website are both excellent. This is backed up by excellent mentors who are knowledgeable, patient and professional. You need to put in the effort but the help and support the mentors provide is first class. I cant really fault the company's effort as they endeavour to make you a successfully trader. I would highly recommend joining Wetrade.io.

This company does NOT state the following openly from the outset :

"If anyone on our sales team says something different [to our T&Cs], these written terms take priority."

That should tell you almost everything of what to expect from this company and how they conduct business i.e. someone can SAY one thing on a sales call or in their promotional materials, but their written terms and what they deliver can be entirely different.

George presents this as a "Mechanical System" - the type I was searching for - and that as "long as you can follow a simple set of rules, you can make a full-time income from trading".

This marketing message was reinforced inside 7 minutes of a Zoom call with Lloyd late Aug 2025. His precise words were (per the call transcript):

"It is mechanical. It is very black and white. And there are 3 criteria that we meet in order to enter a trade within this strategy."

He then reinforced it as mechanical when he said it had:

"Fix[ed] parameters, a black and white approach, and just stick to doing that."

I confirmed this every step of the way, yet this proved to be patently untrue. It is most certainly NOT mechanical and there's not just "three criteria" that need to be met for a valid trade setup.

But here's some context:

I spent more than 35 years in Investment Banking & Wealth Management as a software developer/manager. Approx 20 yrs of that time was spent building front-office systems, including mechanical trading models.

I, also, completed a Masters Degree in Financial Markets and Derivatives in 1999 with a trading strategy that was rejected by my Dissertation Tutor as not mechanical because JUST ONE element was deemed non-mechanical. I was informed it was a "principle", not a "rule". (IMPT: Wetrade has *multiple* elements that are principles, not rules. See below.)

I have been exposed to a wide variety of trading models, some mechanical, others not. I am NOT an expert but I can say with a good degree of confidence that I can identify a mechanical trading system / strategy when presented. I suspect most people with a reasonable amount of time/experience in the markets could do so. Objective rules are self evident.

But here are a few examples from the owner that claims Wetrade is mechanical. (Note: I cannot write all of the points here lest he claim his "proprietary" methods have been exposed, despite this being little more than a poorly rehashed set of ICT principles):

- "When we breach into the liquidity pool we then drop down to the xx minute time frame to look for a zzzz"
- "When zzzz is presented we validate this entry by identifying an imbalance ... in the up/down leg that caused the zzzz"
- Invalidation critera: "We see two xx-minute candles close consecutively beyond the drawn line of liquidity"

These few examples alone require further breakdown into clear mechanical rules. Wetrade does NOT do that. Instead,they require you to develop "muscle memory", a term that is used repeatedly in their course materials. Muscle memory is created through 100s or 1000s of hours of exposure to charts and/or market data. Muscle memory is NOT required to understand a set of mechanical rules.

Via email, George also showed a clear lack of understanding of trading models. He failed to recognise that ALL models, mechanical or not, require the rules of the model to be applied at *every price data point*. Do those so-called rules above look objective enough that you can *manually* evaluate each one as a new price bar forms in the market and MECHANICALLY say eg "Yes/No", "Proceed/Stop", "Buy/Sell", etc?

He tried to claim that I am seeking a "fully parameterised, bar-by-bar/tick-by-tick executable trading engine of the type used in institutional or quantitative deployment environments".

Again, patently FALSE. I most certainly am NOT & never have. I will also add that I spent circa 3 months going back-and-forth with him seeking a solution. What you see above are some of his arguments for objective rules.

I fully understand & accept the limitations of a mechanical system. I have been working towards this since my Dissertation. I was very explicit with Wetrade from the outset i.e. I was buying into a mechanical system.

Nothing more. Nothing less. Yet, my £5,000 has not delivered any of this.

Wetrade claimed to have ALREADY DONE the "hard yards" of spending 100s or 1000s, of hours ("9 years" to be exact) distilling a particular approach into a mechanical set of rules. Isn't that enough time?

UPDATE: As per their response below AND the information provided by Amex from Wetrade, this company will stoop to OUTRIGHT LIES and will say absolutely anything. See my post above - I anticipated their lies i.e. I NEVER once asked for automation. Mechanical only. They are a DISHONEST business (and clearly incompetent).

I recently attended the WeTrade mastermind event in London. It was exceptionally well organized and highly informative. I've been a member of the community for some time now, and I can confidently say that the training course is excellent. The weekly calls are always helpful, and the community is a fantastic resource for sharing questions and insights. George and the team provide all the necessary tools to support your journey to becoming a successful trader, along with ongoing assistance. I would highly recommend joining the course if you're serious about developing your trading skills.

I have been with WeTrade for just over a year now. The amount I have learned from the team and the course content is amazing. I attended the mastermind event in September 2025, which helped reinforce my knowledge around the edge, my mindset around trading, and the importance of discipline. It was also great to see so many like-minded people and eventually put faces to names.

To be honest, I was sceptical when I first bought the course, but it's only ourselves that hold us back, so I went all in. Looking back, the only thing I would change is to have done it sooner.

Trading isn't easy but its an incredibly rewarding journey. George and the WeTrade team really understand the steps on the road and share an enormous amount of value to take their students there.

I purchased this course after having a one to one with a staff member ! I thought i was purchasing a course where I would have a one to one with George ! That is not the case and you have to work through the course on your own and you can have one to ones with staff he has but only allowed 30 mins and has to be booked and only allowed so many one to ones !
I was told you would get a refund if completed the course after 6 months if could not get the hang of it ! As long as completed the course!
That is not true ! I have completed this course and it is not going to make money ! Asked for refund and told no !
George is coming up everywhere on social media with this course !! Great Marketer but don't think he is a trader !!

Great course, Joined WeTrade back in 2021 and became profitable last year, gone on to secure 200k in funding. George and Geo are great

I’ve been messing about with FX trading for years and getting nowhere. I knew I was doing somethings right but had no one to confirm that.
Having gone through a lot of this course now, I can see that a lot of my ideas were heading in the right direction, even if I didn’t know it at the time.
This is a very comprehensive course, with step by step help along the way, the learning curve is very steep, but the support is there as you need it.
As for the negative review, all I can say is that the team want to work with serious people and if they feel that you don’t tick their requirement boxes then you might not get in.
Would I recommend this?
Absolutely yes, but be prepared to be thoroughly mentally tested!

I’ll keep this short. This is the best community I’ve been in when it comes to trading been trading 2 years with little results and have been in over 10 different communities in that time but since joining WeTrade my trading and psychology has improved drastically. The mentors really do put in time and effort to help improve your trading abilities and the methods they use are so simple once you understand them. The biggest thing I’ve learnt since joining is trading doesn’t need to be hard you can get very good results from an easy straightforward mechanical plan. Definitely recommend to anyone that is serious about becoming a full time trader.

WeTrade is a breathe of fresh air in the trading space. It feels so nice to be able to fully grasp a great trading edge and then have a community where we are all aligned to that strategy.

I personally opted for the mentorship and work privately with George. In my opinion, this is the only option you should consider if you’re serious and want to accelerate to being a full time trader.

I am not quite there yet, but I am well on my way, thanks to George, Geo and all the team.
