A waste of money
Although I followed the instructions and the applicator was very easy to use, it made very little difference to my slabs. Just a plain wash with a hose would have done as well, and my jet wash a 100% better.

BEWARE The ordering process felt like a CON to me, you get forwarded a link for standard product but website defaults to refill during checkout, so you have to make a second purchase, contacted company and told if I pay even more cash to send back I’ll then get a refund excluding my costs when highlighted the issue

On the website page for the Rapid we have ensured there are tabs on the right hand side to show that it is the Rapid or the Refill and also text underneath the Refill indicating that the nozzle is not included. This is to differentiate between the two products.
Please note the shipping cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer, as stated on our website.

Wet and forget shower cleaner
We live in a hard water area and have struggled to keep our shower clean and free from timescale and soap film. Wet and forget bathroom cleaner is absolutely wonderful. Well worth the money.

Works well
Easy to order, delivery arrived two days later using DPD who helped me lift it into the house.
We have a patio which is very badly affected by black lichen. The wet and forget I applied earlier in the year is having an effect and has started to clear up the problem. As I did not read the instructions properly I didn't apply a strong enough solution the first time so it had limited effect. The second stronger application a month later is working well, so I have purchased some more to finish the job off.
I would recommend Wet and Forget as it is easy to apply, doesn't damage the nearby plants and is working even though black lichen is notoriously hard to remove and power washing it has no effect.
Wet and forget is much cheaper than a new patio!

Seems to be working
I bought this product a couple of months ago because it is one of the few that treats Lichen as well as mould and algae. Application was easy with a garden sprayer. Some weeks passed before we had any rain. Over the past 10 days we have had several heavy downpours. I can now see that the paving is starting to get clean, the moss and algae has disappeared and the lichen has lost it's bright white appearance and is starting to breakdown. So it was worth the wait.
