Didn’t really make any difference to the algae on the render it was applied to. Not sure how many applications would be required?

We recommend just applying one coat and leaving it on the surface to work with the natural weather to break down the contamination, please note results are not always instant it can sometimes take a bit of time for the surface to clear. Ineffective on concrete path
Instead of using my pressure washer like normal, I used Wet & Forget on my concrete path as per the guidance on the container. Absolutely no difference between the before and after, applied a second treatment after 2 weeks and still no change even after repeated rainfall. Save your money and use a pressure washer.

Shrinkflation
As always, very good service and the products works. Why change bottle from 5L (still shown on add that came with this questionnaire!!) to 4L??? 8L is too much. Shrinkflation?? Shame that W&F are following what seems to be a trend to upset the consumer. Will continue to buy, but may have to dilute a little more though.

Used on patio which was green as well…
Used on patio which was green as well as dirty. Green went overnight night and dirty areas are continuing to improve, treated about 3 weeks ago.
Drive, brick effect, was done 1 week ago. There was moss in the in many cracks which appears to be dead. Also white lichen which appears to be fading. Really quite impressed with results so far

So far it doesn’t do what it says on the tin.
I used the product exactly as per the instructions. After 2 weeks and several rain showers I cannot see any improvement on the block pavers. They are the same colour and still have lichen growing.

Hi there, we are sorry to hear you're not seeing results on your block pavers yet. While the Concentrate Outdoor Mould, Lichen & Algae Remover is very effective, lichen can be particularly stubborn and often requires more time to break down, especially if it is deep-rooted.
We recommend allowing the product to work over a few months as it continues to react with the growth through rainfall and wind. If the growth is extremely heavy, some people do choose to apply a second treatment after the first has had time to fully take effect.

Leaking bottle during transit.
( have updated my review below)
The bottle had leaked through the twist on nozzle when in transit. I have emailed twice and contacted you through the contact form on your website to discuss - and I've received no response! This now leaves me to leave you a bad review. Terrible customer service.
I've not had a chance to use it yet due to rain being on/off over the last few days.
Update: Customer Services made contact yesterday and I am pleased to say that a positive reaction was received which was appreciated.
Now hoping for a non windy dry day to be able to use it.
