Early risers is a fantastic class which really sets you up for the day / week ahead. You can work at your own level so inclusive for all . Varied sessions but always fun . Chris is a great instructor with immense knowledge of alternative exercises if you need them
I have been attending Chris’s Pilates…
I have been attending Chris’s Pilates classes for approximately 2years.
I suffer with back pain and find her teaching helps me immensely.
Her classes vary from week to week to suit all abilities and ages with lots of different equipment.
It’s non competitive and I always feel good and stretched after class. The class is friendly and relaxed too.
Chris is a true professional and look forward to many more classes as long as I can! 😊

I have been coming to Chris’ Pilates class for about 10 years and was made to feel welcome by everyone from the very first class. Chris is professional, friendly and always gives you support during the class to work to your ability on the day or push yourself a bit harder if you want to. She also regularly introduces new exercises & equipment to the classes to make it more varied. I initially joined as I suffer from Fibromyalgia & it helps immensely, I always feel energised after the class & miss it if I am unable to make a class. Chris offers a variety of different Pilates & exercise classes for all abilities and ages and also runs a local walking group in the Summer which is a great way to get out and about, exercise & chat to people, a brilliant way to improve your mental health ! Chris doesn’t just run exercise classes, she has created a welcoming & friendly community that is brilliant for your physical & mental wellbeing !!!
Exercise-phobe no more!
Chris turned my tightly held views on exercise around completely. From being an exercise -phobe, 'I can't do it, it's not for me' person to someone who was happy to have a go and then realized exercise was definitely what I needed to be doing AND I COULD do it. I did Pilates with Chris and during COVID I eagerly did all her recorded fitness classes from home and they kept me going. Since then I have been attending her Pilates classes. She explains everything clearly, gives alternatives for the exercises, her classes are fun and full of warmth, accessible to everyone. Chris is warm, welcoming, passionate about her work and each class is fresh and interesting. Highly recommended!

Three years ago I was in the worst physical health and in truth my mental health was being impacted. Chris Tuck's kind, non judgmental, professional, wholistic approach to wellbeing turned my life around. I'm unable to attend her classes in person but with online classes and personal contact I continue to receive the support I need for continuing a healthier lifestyle. I highly recommend West Wickham Health & Fitness, they certainly changed the life of this once very unfit post menopausal woman.

I have been coming to Chris Tuck’s Thursday Keep Fit classes for 14 years because they have always been enjoyable, very well organised and always suitable for the age group of the class, full of a variety of movements, exercises and routines . Chris always explains how the different exercises help and strengthen our muscles, bones etc.
Great fun and brilliant classes
I've been coming to classes for a very long time now. The people in our class are a mix of age, shape and ability but it still allows us to work at our own pace and not feel intimidated by anyone else.
I feel confident in Chris' skills and knowledge. She always gives alternatives depending on our differences.
I love that every class is different and varied so you never get bored.
I wish I could bottle how great I feel after a class because it really does give me a boost.

Since starting Pilates, I have really noticed an improvement to my overall strength, posture and balance. The classes are fun, varied and informative and suitable for any level. All equipment is supplied. I thoroughly recommend!

Keeping Fit can be fun whatever your age
Our Thursday class makes keeping fit a fun, enjoyable experience. Chris takes a great deal of trouble to ensure that all the exercises are suitable for our age and ability. She introduces a lot of variety from week to week and most of all makes it great fun.
Circuits is a fantastic exercise class…
Circuits is a fantastic exercise class that involves a range of activities, all of which you can do to your own level. It is fun. Having the opportunity to exercise with my daughter is good too. Any issues can be discussed with Chris and she will offer alternative exercises. It is a very caring environment. I would thoroughly recommend Chris Tuck and her classes to all.
