West Malling Flowers did my wedding flowers this year and they exceeded all expectations. The arrangements and bouquets were beautiful and the quality of the flowers used meant they lasted for a long time afterwards. They are a lovely team to work with, with so much knowledge they turned my plans into something spectacular. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I ordered a floral tribute for close family members funeral to be delivered to the funeral directors. I paid £50 for an open sheaf. The arrangement was very small and the flowers were wilting on the coffin which was very embarrassing and upsetting. My sister also had the same experience. My sister complained and was offered a refund which she declined because you can never put it right when it comes to a funeral. My sister gave her my details but the business owner never contacted me to offer me a refund. I was so embarrassed when I saw the flowers compared to the other mourners who got their flowers elsewhere.

I am so very sorry to hear that the floral tribute for your close family member did not meet your expectations on such a deeply important day. We never want any of our customers to feel disappointed, especially at such a meaningful occasion.

Thank you so much for the Christmas table decoration workshop that you ran on 17 December 2024.
I had never participated in a floral arrangement class before but wanted to make a special display for Christmas.
The workshop was fun, relaxed, supportive and I learned so much about how to prepare the oasis, fix the candles and prepare all the foliage and dried items as well as how to arrange them.
Sian provided lots of clear guidance to the group of about 10 people and also helped individually to ensure that we all went home with a decoration that we were happy with. I have been so pleased with the final result, which has looked fabulous on my dining table!
Holding the workshops in the florist shop provided a really nice atmosphere, with all participants and Sian providing a friendly environment.
I will definitely look out for another West Malling Flowers workshop!
The flowers for my mother's funeral were beautiful. West Malling Flowers had managed to source and incorporate all her favourite flowers in a display that spoke of joy. They also at very short notice produced a display for the wake.
Excellent service, can't rate them high enough
I got in touch with West Malling Flowers via email for some very bespoke funeral flowers. Nikki and her team were brilliant! I had a specific idea of how I wanted the arrangement to look and they excelled at recreating it for me. It could not have been a better service, with a friendly, approachable, compassionate, team. They even used some flowers and foliage from our garden. It was a beautiful, personnal tribute.

I ordered some flowers for my daughter and son in-laws wedding anniversary I explained that I wanted something very natural and not too arranged. The bouquet was amazing, and exactly what I asked for. I will certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Disappinted to what i picked up on tuesday for a special occasion. £50 on the worlds smallest boutique, i should have took note of this when i collected them but i was busy and in a rush.

My family and I used West Malling Flowers for our dear Mum's funeral this week. We were blown away by the arrangements we ordered and the service we received. All the flowers were beautiful and there were many! All those who attended commented on how fabulous they were. I made several phone calls adding to and changing a few details and all my calls were met with kindness and patience.
