Honestly, I have been staying calling a debtvrelief company for many reasons; most of all I was worried about the fake salesmanship and attempts ro still you products you do not need that have become so ubiquitous. Not to mention that the reason for my call was debt, which is embarassing in itself. However, my nerves were quickly abated once I stayed spaking with Josef. He was down to earth, friendly, and most importantly very knowledgeable and never, not for one second, made me feel embarrassed about my situation. He, as well as everyone else to whom I spoke was very friendly, but never fake, and able to answer all the questions that I had. After speaking with the representatives from this company, it didn't take long for me to make the decision to work with them. They explained every benefit of working with their company, including the legal representation they provide if needed. Also, they made it clear that their ultimate goal was to get my debt paid off in a way that allowed me to pay what I could while not bankrupting myself. Overall, they were very pleasant and easy to work with. They offer help 24/7 which very much puts my mind at ease in case I have a pressing question on a usual companies "non-working" hours. They also have e all the numbers where I could reach them. Not only that, but all the numbers that they would use to get in touch with me to prevent anyone from trying to scam me. They made it very clear that they are always there to help in any way possible. They also assured me that, should anyone or any company try to misrepresent or scam me, including credit card companies trying to harass me, that they have a legal team in place to ensure that they would take care of that themselves. They really helped to put my mind at ease, especially since I have been very stressed out about all of this since it started. I would highly recommend this company as they seem to have all of their bases covered, as well as having all possible contingencies in place in case anything were to arise. This is the first time I think I have breathed a little bit easier in months. 5 stars out of 5 without question. I look forward to working with them and highly suggest that you do the same.
