I'd had some difficult dealings the previous week with another dealer.

Tom and Dan were marvellous, so patient and understanding right from the test drive right through to the purchase.

I'd maxed out on my daily spending and wasn't sure if I'd got enough fuel to get back to Manchester. So Dan took the keys and put some fuel in for me.

These guys are amazing... they are genuine...something that's quite a rarity in the used car market.

AVOID THIS COMPANY CONSISTING OF TWO GUYS, They are a scam and heartless, We bought a Toyota Auris 2007 from them, on coming all the way from London to preston which was over 400miles for a faulty car they knew about, when we called them they said the car was in perfect condition as advertised we were happy to make our way even if it was really far, when we got there they said there is a minor issue with the exhaust that they just realised which is a lie they knew about it from the get go but they knew we were vulnerable because we came all the way from london, They said they could have fixed it but they have no mechanics available which is another lie, all has been planned from both of them, So they agreed to knock of the price so one of them had gone on EBay to check for a fake catalytic converter which was wrong with the car and then they told us they will take out the price from the car which is £215 and then they will give us the best warranty but their warranty was useless and was of no use, After paying for the car they made us sign that we won’t be able to return the car, On getting back to london the drive was bad because of the catalytic converter issue, the noise was loud so we immediately ordered the one they recommended after it came we have it to our mechanic to fix, The mechanic told us the catalytic converter was blocked and bad seemed like a fake one because it dint last upto 3 days, The car also had other faults such as the cigarette burner not working which wasn’t listed, petrol gauge wasn’t also working which wasn’t listed, And they have refused to pick our calls. It’s very sad as we have to get the real catalytic converter which is really expensive and it’s an extra cost we weren’t expecting, Really wicked company consisting of two guys.

Great guys, Tom & Dan pleasure to deal with, great prices and easy to deal with bought a lovely White B6 A4 of them , highly recommended. Car had some parts on order which arrived late no fault of theirs and they delivered the parts to my house personally which was very much appreciated as it was quicker than it would of been through a courier.

Great buying experience from the guys. They responded to any emails and queries quickly. An appointment was arranged and I was reassured by having to pay the £100 deposit as I felt this meant they were only looking for serious buyers. The car was ready for us to inspect and test drive on arrival and they let us go through the car service history etc in detail. Once we had decided to buy the process was very quick and easy and we drove the car home within an hour. Would definitely recommend.
