Bit disappointing
Love their products but not their promotions. They’re misleading telling you you’re getting the best price then days later advertising even lower prices before your items have even been delivered. Got in touch nothing they can do what a surprise I’ve had your money. Would I use them again? I probably try and go elsewhere first. No loyalty here.

Our promotions and prices can change throughout the season, and unfortunately we’re unable to retrospectively apply every later promotion to an existing order. Had you contacted us closer to the time the order was placed while the relevant sale was running, there may have been something we could have done to assist.
We completely understand how frustrating it can be to see a lower price shortly afterwards, particularly before your order has arrived.

It kept wobbling, no matter how it was decorated the tree kept tipping
The website is very similar to another tree site, which is where I made this mistake

Broken plug
The item we purchased unfortunately arrived with its plug broken we contacted We R Christmas and after we sent a photo of the broken plug, 24 hours later a new plug was delivered to our home very impressed with the quickness of this matter been sorted

WeRChristmas was fine but they used…
WeRChristmas was fine but they used EVRI to deliver who left the parcel on the pavement and not inside our garden gate. We saw them do this and challenged the driver who stated he had rung the door bell and had no answer. He is a liar as he did not enter our gate and left the parcel where anyone walking by could take it. I suggest that WeRChristnas do not use EVRI again. Alan Chard
