This is a total scam. It is not in Charleston SC it is in China. I ordered a Jacket and it was more of a flannel shirt with poor stitching. They do not allow for returns like the website suggests. They offered a 10% money back. Totally frustrating.

I regret not having read the reviews of this company prior to ordering 2 dresses. Customer reviews are spot on!
I also found the advertising to be deceptive. They advertise that they are a Charleston SC company but they actually ship from China. Took a few weeks for items to arrive.
The photos of the products on the website are inaccurate. The photo of a caftan I ordered showed the model clearly wearing a long necklace as an accessory. Upon receipt of the item, the "necklace" is in the design of the dress. Very cheap looking as is the material itself. Dresses are not flattering at all.
The return process is also disappointing. They initially offered me a 10% discount to keep the items. When I pushed back, they offered me a 20% discount. The alternative was to return the items to Guangdong China at my own expense.
Save yourself the aggravation and do not purchase from this company.

I ordered a dress which, although I ordered my normal size, was way too large. Also, on the website, the dress looked crisp and classy, but in reality, the material is flimsy and low quality.
When I wrote to process a return, they gave me two options--take 10% of the original cost or, if available would send me a smaller size.
This is unbelievable. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company.

Definitely a bait and switch! The product was received about a month after the order was placed, and it did not match the description on the site. Instead of a “heavy” tweed, the fabric is a polyester/cotton blend lightweight fabric, unlined. The velvet accent is clearly a cheap polyester and the color is more gold than brown. The military style buttons actually say “Jeans Wear” and the plastic tags inside say Made in China. I would equate the quality to that of a Halloween costume. You have to read the fine print to see that the 30-day “guarantee” involves the customer paying for return shipping to the warehouse in China.

If zero stars was an option I woudl select it.

I ordered two items. Neither arrived looking like the pictures. The top was passable but the short outfit was awful. The material in the picture looks like a cotton blend/linen look. It arrived 95 percent polyester and the fit was atrocious. I asked the next day after delivery to use the “easy returns” advertised on the website. I was offered 10 percent back of a $59.95 plus tax item. I pushed back then was offered a 15 percent money back or the option to return the garment to china and deal with them. Neither option is reasonable. I will never order from this website. It’s like a Temu experience. I will also let others know how deceptive the website is.

I was under the impression that this line of clothing came from Charleston, SC. The quality of the clothes is very poor. It is made in and shipped from China. The fabrics that were delivered looked nothing like what was in the online catalogue. The price of such sub par clothing did not justify the price. The amount of time to receive the items was weeks. I read other online reviews post my order and had I done that, I would NEVER have ordered from Wentworth and Rowe. The clothes are not quality, poor fit and I gave them to Goodwill rather than try the lengthy process to get a refund. Again, the online reviews for refunds were also dismal noting that refunds and returns were very difficult. I will insure that this review is on all social media outlets so others will not be fooled by the website.

Buyers beware!! Terrible quality clothing shipped from China which takes forever. And a very questionable return policy where you can’t get your money back. Very polite service but good luck staying in business!! I would avoid !

The Medi dress that I ordered looks a lot different than the one you have on your website. The actual dress is very cheap and made of polyester and does not even have a tag on it nor a tag on the end seam for washing instructions but then again it is polyester so. This dress came from China. It definitely is not worth what I spent on it! I would not order from this company. It’s very deceiving.

I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from Wentworth & Rowe.

I ordered a clothing set based on the photos and description on their website. Unfortunately, the item I received was materially different from what was advertised. The set did not have the gold contrast trim shown in the product photos, the shorts did not have the advertised tie-waist, and the fabric was a stiff 100% polyester rather than the “airy weave with a soft, fluid drape” described on the website. The shorts were also significantly longer than they appeared in the product photos.

I contacted customer service requesting a full refund because the merchandise I received was not what was advertised. Rather than providing a prepaid return option, I was offered a 15% refund to keep the item. When I declined, the offer was increased to 20%. The alternative they provided was to return the merchandise to an international warehouse in Guangzhou, China at my own expense, including any customs fees or other charges.

That is particularly frustrating because I am not trying to return an item simply because I changed my mind or don't like it. I am seeking a refund because the product I received does not match the product that was advertised and sold to me.

At the time of writing this review, the company has still not agreed to provide a full refund with prepaid return shipping.

The customer service representatives have been polite, but the proposed resolution has been disappointing. Based on my experience, I would recommend being very cautious about ordering from this company, particularly if you are relying on the website photos and description to determine what you are purchasing.

I would not order from Wentworth & Rowe again.

Quality is garbage - thin, cheap fabric that looks nothing like the photos. My order took a month to arrive because it ships from China, which the site doesn't tell you. And there's no real way to return anything. This company is a Chinese scam. Save your money.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The delay in shipping the jacket, lack of timely response and just not replying to my inquiry on the status, bs reason for the delay are just my initial reasons for 1 star.

This is the cheapest, ugliest thing i have ever purchased on the internet and absolutely in no way indicative of the pictures. It looks like something my 10 year old would have assembled. Cheap material, half lined with felt. Sewed in rolled up sleeves with massive cuffs. Also, when i clicked 1 star in the email, it wouldn’t take me to this site, it sent me to customer service. I had to click on 5 stars to get to trust pilot to even be able to leave an accurate email, so the feedback is being managed

The quality of the product was not what I expected and the fit did not match the online pictures. The shorts were much longer and narrower fit. I will be looking at how to return this order

Biggest scam- Don't BUY from this company. The returning process has hidden fees that you have to pay and the shipping takes forever. The quality of the item it's very very poor- cheap China quality made of 100%polyester and very different from the website pictures. Don't BUY!!! A big scam

It took three emails for them to give me the address for returns. It turns out that address is in China. Their website says easy returns, that is not the case. The quality of the clothing is poor and cheap looking. I would not recommend.

the linen actually has weight to it.. like real linen not that see through stuff you get everywhere else. ordered one to test and now i have three

This website is a complete SCAM....I gave a One star but in reality I had to give something to write this review. I give them a minus 5 stars. Absolute junk is what they send you from an Asian dump factory. It took 3 weeks to receive and was the cheapest junk I have ever set eyes on in my life. DO NOT buy from this scam and scum site!!

I ordered a dress from this site. Horrible quality 100% polyester. The site is a scam, as they claim to be a brick and mortar shop in Charleston, SC, but there is no such shop in Charleston. Other tip offs (which I overlooked) are that there is no fabric type indicated for the clothing, and the number and variety of dress options shown is so wide that clearly something is off.
