I ordered both aftermarket remotes you…

I ordered both aftermarket remotes you sell for your short throw projector and neither one will sync with my unit. I have to unplug the projector to turn it on and off. Junk!!

The shipping was fast and on-time…

The shipping was fast and on-time however apart of my order was missing but after I contacted customer service which can only be done by email or the chat feature on the website which took about 24 hours. They was able to locate missing items and give me new tracking number for the missing box which arrived a few days later.

The short throw projector is amazing

The short throw projector is amazing. We love how we can use the wall to watch TV now. We can make it big screen or small just by slightly moving the projector away from the wall. Great product. Definitely recommend.

Great products by a reliable company

I had the opportunity to buy a Wemax Dice with a screen and the company sent me everything I needed.
But there were a few mistakes in the packages and Wemax made it up to me perfectly!
The Wemax Dice is an amazing device that came in handy when our TV broke down: we ended up watching our movies in the garden for the last month.

I was not informed of the delay of one…

I was not informed of the delay of one of my bundled items. It's not even at the warehouse and now no date can be given to me since the items have not arrived at the shipping facility. Projector is great screen NO IDEA!

Customer Service "Lousy"

-your customer service dept is non-existent!
-your customer service phone numbers do not work( the phone number rings 6 times then disconnects)
-All contact phone numbers found on the internet connected to WeMax also disconnected all calls after 6 rings.

100" ALR FRESNEL PROJECTOR SCREEN

Excellent service from wemax screen was shipped to the UK in quick time, had a problem with FedEx but that was at my end not wemax fault. Screen was easy to install due to the instructions being very easy to understand I had it installed in 2 hours but a two person install would be much quicker. Screen looks amazing up, super flat and my projector is now performing at its best. Buy with confidence.*****

Communication with this company is…

Communication with this company is getting worse. They received my FedEx return 10 days ago, on day 7th I asked about the replacement item, they said that they need to check with their warehouse, it seems that the warehouse did not notify to whoever they need to about receiving a 50lbs package. I am still waiting for an answer.
They offer the exchange as soon as I return the item but…they still have my money and we have no product.

Screen arrived damaged. Lots of frustration on my part early on BUT eventually everything has been resolved and WEMAX stepped up and made things right. I would definately consider buying their products again. Thank you.

The dice projector arrived so fast to my place and the image of this projector is extraordinary. It is easy to use with the control and the apps. Additionally, the customer service replied the mail very fast just in case you have a problem with your delivery.

Poorly Engineered Frame, Lack of Customer Service

Ordered a bundle with projector and screen. The screen arrived much at least a week later than the projector and I could not get a timely response from "customer service" and when I did they just said they would follow up but did not. The screen is poorly engineered. Fiberglass rods are used around the edges to attach springs to in order to tighten the screen. The edge rods were too short. There is an outer frame, which the holes do not align to the inner edge preventing attachment.
