We understand you are experiencing issues with account MT5 ID: 1147361, currently on Phase 2 of the Challenge package. The conditions for your package (5/10/6) are as follows:

Profit Target: 6% minimum to pass Phase 2
Profit Consistency (PC): 20%
Risk Consistency (RC): 2% of initial balance (Reactive — reset after 24 hours, one time only)
Daily Loss (DL): 5% of initial balance

The breach on your account of $219.39 is attributed to the Risk Consistency rule (2% = $200) — not the Daily Loss limit of 5% ($500) as mentioned in your review. These are two separate and distinct rules that operate independently.
As this is a first-time RC violation, your account will be automatically reset after 24 hours — a one-time courtesy designed to give traders the opportunity to better understand the rules before continuing. This reset is not a standard entitlement and will not apply to any subsequent violations.

Following a thorough and comprehensive review of your conduct, WeMasterTrade identified serious violations of our Trading Agreement — specifically Section 10.1(d) – Acts of Dishonesty and Unauthorized Activities, which explicitly prohibits the use of reputationally damaging language directed at the company without valid factual basis.
This behavior is inconsistent with the standards of professionalism expected from our clients and constitutes a material breach of the Trading Agreement which you acknowledged and agreed to upon registration. Such conduct undermines the trust and transparency required within our trading environment and causes direct harm to WeMasterTrade's business operations and public standing. Given the seriousness of this violation, it is treated with the utmost importance.
We also wish to note that throughout your trading history with WeMasterTrade, you received total trading payouts amounting to $16,476.63, in addition to Introducing Partner commissions totaling $8,250.01 — reflecting the company's consistent commitment to honoring legitimate trading results.
As a result of the aforementioned violations, and following a final and comprehensive assessment, the decision was made to permanently terminate all services and access associated with your profile. This decision is final and non-appealable.
WeMasterTrade applies its policies consistently and without exception across all clients, in order to protect the integrity, fairness, and sustainability of our trading environment.

Following a detailed investigation by our Risk Department, the trading activity on MT5 account 1085679 was reviewed and found to be in violation of our Terms and Conditions, specifically regarding high-frequency rapid trading actions and manipulative trading behavior.

Our analysis identified an unusually high concentration of rapid short-term trades. Out of 3,950 total positions, approximately 36.51% were high-frequency trades, and 95.87% of your total realized profit was generated from these trades. In addition, a large number of rapid and repetitive orders were placed on XAUUSDx, which significantly exceeded our acceptable thresholds.

While WeMasterTrade does not prohibit scalping, strategies consisting predominantly of extremely high-frequency trading may trigger a compliance review under Section 3.6 – Arbitrage and Manipulative Practices of our Terms and Conditions, particularly when such activity affects execution quality and the integrity of the trading system.

Based on the findings of this review, the account was determined to be in breach of our trading policies. As a result:

• Withdrawal request W000131519 was declined
• MT5 account 1085679 has been terminated in accordance with our Terms and Conditions

For transparency, the relevant evidence and trading analysis have already been provided to you via email.

Sin embargo, de acuerdo con nuestras políticas y condiciones, una segunda violación de la regla de Risk Consistency resulta en el cierre permanente de la cuenta.

En primer lugar, nuestros Términos establecen claramente que las cuentas son estrictamente personales e intransferibles:

Cláusula 15 (Cesión): “Se prohíbe expresamente ceder sus derechos y obligaciones bajo este Acuerdo.”
Cláusula 15.1: “El Trader no podrá transferir ninguno de sus derechos u obligaciones bajo este Contrato sin consentimiento previo por escrito.”

Además, según las reglas de uso de la cuenta:
No está permitido compartir el acceso (usuario o contraseña) con terceros.
La cuenta solo puede ser utilizada por el usuario registrado.
Esto significa que comprar, vender o utilizar cuentas obtenidas de otras personas no está permitido bajo ninguna circunstancia.
En segundo lugar, respecto al registro de múltiples cuentas:
El hecho de que nuestro sistema permita crear una cuenta inicialmente no implica aprobación ni elegibilidad bajo el Acuerdo. Todas las cuentas están sujetas a verificación, incluyendo controles de identidad (KYC/AML), validación de uso y cumplimiento de políticas. Aquellas que no cumplan estos requisitos pueden ser restringidas, suspendidas o no ser elegibles para pagos.

En tercer lugar, sobre la verificación:
Tal como se indica en nuestro Acuerdo, esta puede realizarse en diferentes etapas del ciclo del usuario, incluso antes de los pagos. Esto es una práctica estándar en la industria para garantizar el cumplimiento, prevenir fraudes y proteger la integridad de la plataforma.

Por último, aunque el registro o acceso pueda ser técnicamente posible en ciertos casos, esto no anula ni sustituye los Términos del Acuerdo, incluyendo las restricciones sobre transferencia de cuentas o uso por terceros.

First review (Feb 5): Your account did not meet the required profit consistency rule (20–30%). You were allowed to continue trading, and your account was not reset.
Second review (Feb 9): The account was found to be in violation of our trading interval rule, which resulted in the termination of two related accounts. This decision was made by our risk team based on internal checks.

We understand that you may not agree with the outcome, and we respect your right to express your concerns. However, all evaluations are conducted in line with our trading rules to ensure fairness across all traders.
