Unprofessional KYC Practices and Data Security Risks – Avoid if you value your privacy!
I am writing this review to warn other traders about my experience with We Master Trade. I purchased a funded account (Account ID: 1161520) 8 days ago.
The company deliberately allows users to purchase accounts before completing KYC, only to create major obstacles afterward to prevent you from using the service. For the past 5 days, my verification status has been stuck on "Pending" on their dashboard, despite my attempts to resolve it through official channels.
The most alarming part is their support team's behavior. Instead of using the secure, automated verification system in the dashboard, their support representatives (via WhatsApp) insisted that I send sensitive personal documents—including my government ID and bank statements—directly to them via chat.
This is highly unprofessional and a massive data security risk. It means your private information ends up stored on the personal phones of their support staff. When I refused to share sensitive data through unencrypted messaging apps, I was met with poor service and constant excuses.
If they make the simple process of KYC this chaotic, unprofessional, and insecure, imagine how they will handle your withdrawal requests. Based on my experience and the patterns I have seen, it appears they will find any excuse to deny payouts.
My demand is simple: either process my verification immediately through your secure dashboard, as a professional company should, or provide a full refund for this account.
I am an experienced trader, and I urge everyone to be cautious. This is not how a regulated or professional fintech company operates.

عند مراجعة حساب عند طلب السحب للمرة الثانية و هي انهم قامو بمراجعة او مقارنة حساب 2001300 مع حساب 2000606 و هنا رفضو سحب الثاني على انني قمت بتداول في فترات زمنية متقاربة و لكن هذا الحساب الاخير قد انتهى منذ شهر و لم اتتداول فيه كيف يقارنون صفقات مع حساب انتهى منذ شهر و و رفضو سحب الاول بسبب هذه القاعدة و قامو باعدة تعيين حسابي من جديد و عملت عليه و ربحت الربح المطلوب و قمت بطلب السحب و رفضو السحب بسبب القاعدة السابقة و لكن الحساب انتهى منذ شهر ارجو منكم اعادة مراجعة السحب خاصتي

I tried the 10K Challenge account
I tried the 10K Challenge account, and I'd like to split my review into two parts. First, on the trading side: the price feed felt stable, and even during high-impact news or volatile conditions I didn't run into any real issues — execution was smooth. I passed both phases and reached a funded account, and that part of the experience was great.
Second, the area I think could be improved is the clarity of information, both from customer support and the rules shown on the website (especially the popup before purchase). I found some of it unclear, which created a fair amount of worry and uncertainty for me. In particular, the consistency conditions in Phase 2 and the additional requirements after receiving the funded account weren't clearly stated upfront. That made me concerned about whether the time I invested in trading and the profit split might go to waste. Communicating these conditions clearly from the start would help traders plan much better.
Overall I'm satisfied with the platform, particularly the stability of the price feed, and this is also my first time trying to withdraw. Hopefully this part goes as smoothly as the trading side did.
