I have worked with Welocate in the process of buying my first home in the Netherlands. I contacted Welocate after their free seminar and also after multiple conversation on email and phone. I was very happy to have them, they arranged a buying agent who helped finding a house. After selecting a house; agent and Welocate arranged everything. Mortgage advisor was our choice and not something they offer in their package. I think I made a wise decision to select Welocate considering a tough housing market condition, a lot of hassle is gone and you can concentrate only on house and mortgage, insurance etc.
