Recently ,I spoke to a wonderful lady named Wafa at the Lawrence Plaza store.I was interested in an item I saw online but did not want to order it online .She is arranging for that item and another similar one to be sent to the store so that I can try them out .She really made an effort to help .She is the first person from various stores I called to try and meet my needs .This is what customer service really means ! While the items have not arrived yet( this just happened today) ,Wafa will call when they do.I really appreciate the caring,professional service I received thus far.Thank you!!

Terrible customer service. I am commenting on the ON LINE wellwise. I made a purchase I wish to return and they make it very difficut to return something. The have to "review it" before I can send it back. I also called their posted phone number which says it is not assigned.
Do yourself a favour and go INTO a store.

I left a walker that needed repair and paied $70 in advance, they promised to do it for a few days, everytime I called they postponed to the week after. After 3 weeks I gave up, totally disappointed and took back the non repaired walker and received my deposit back. This is a devise necessary for the people in need but Wellwise seemed to be indifferent to the need of the people despite all their propaganda for being helpful to needy people.

I ordered an Aircast Medium Knee Cryo Cuff online and received it on March 30th. When I opened the package, I realized it was a gravity-fed model, not the motorized version I had expected. This wasn’t clear to me when ordering, especially since the only version I had seen in-store was motorized.

I immediately repackaged the item (it was never used) and contacted customer service to request an exchange so I could purchase the correct model and pay the difference. Initially, I was told the item was non-refundable, and no solution was offered, which was very frustrating.

However, after emailing customer service, I did receive a follow-up call from a representative, Chanchal Khurana, who was very apologetic and ultimately offered me a refund. I appreciated the effort to make things right, even though it took some persistence.

One thing to note—while promotions like “free shipping” and “online exclusive pricing” were clearly highlighted on the website, the non-refundable policy was not, which made it easy to miss.

Overall, while I’m grateful the issue was eventually resolved, the experience has made me more inclined to shop in-store in the future, where you can ask questions and get guidance directly from staff.

Was greated as soon as I walked in the store. I walked up the isle and someone greeted me again and offered to help me find what I needed. I knew what I wanted but had a question about another product. 'Mou' was very knowlegeable about the product and made good suggestions. I picked up my purchases and she even helped me take my bulky packages to the checkout. I noticed other people coming in the store and people were getting greeted as they came in. It was a nice experience thanks to 'Mou' who really was really helpful.

-sale assistant not able to find the order in the drawer for 30 minutes, until another person came to help
-given wrong product. How possibly sale assistant can call customer and say: your order is ready for pick up without verifying?
-even more. How sale assistant can give the order into customer's hands without checking again? I had to come back asking for exchange because was given wrong product.

I went to wellwise in Brampton on Kennedy Rd to get help with my CPAP machine.

I was greeted and helped by Wing and she was so helpful. She assessed the mask I had and saw that it was not a good fit. She took the time to explain how each mask worked and after trying a few I was able to choose one that I’m sure will be good for me. The general atmosphere in this store us very pleasant

I recently had an ostomy and ordered supplies from Wellwise on-line. A recent order of over $750 was paid immediately but waited more than 2 weeks for delivery, despite repeated emails to customer service. I checked with other suppliers and now realize the products are overpriced. This along with poor customer service and delivery, has left me angry and frustrated. Ostomy supplies are a medical necessity - I will plan better and find a more reliable and affordable provider.

Did an order online, after 2 days I had to send an email wondering what was happening. They replied fast tho but they told me it was back order. It's medical stuff so lucky me I have the money to back me up or some stuff left over or else I will had been screwed.

Went for a CPAP prescription. Initially the individual looking after me explained that I could get the CPAP when I was ready to start. When we got to the end I asked to wait because I was going on a trip in a week. Then the pressure started I could take it with me everyone does on and on we went. I finally stupidly relented without considering the new airline rules on baggage charges. Tried 3 times to connect with the manager at the Barrie Wellwise, ignored.

This is the worst company I have ever come across, absolutely useless. As well I have unsubscribed from their emails 4 times to have them constantly send more. So I’m reporting them to the CRTC. I would not recommend this company, in fact I suggest you look elsewhere unless you want to be harassed none stop.
