Wellnee 

Well knee is a joke. I received and was charged for patches that I never ordered, I was charged for and never received the brace. Been trying to get my money back for over a month and it’s as if you’re talking to a robot. I have never seen such a horrible company to deal with. Do not waste your time or money seems as fits nothing but a giant scam. This has been going on since end of June and to this day have not had a resolution to this problem

really not a good service. Customer service is absolutely disgusting. I waited 6 weeks to recieve my refund. I advise anyone not too use this company for this knee brace.

The well knee braces arrived with no instructions about how to fasten them. They are clearly asymmetric but again no guidance about which way up to strap them. After much experimentation they are still really uncomfortable and no return label. My advice: don’t buy.

This company operates on the boarder line of legal. I ordered 1 knee sleeve, confirmed payment only to see 4 additional sleeves added to my order, instantly emailed cancelling but told sorry already dispatched. On receipt of order emailed for returns procedure to have full refund against 4 additional sleeves. No advice on return only a long statement about shipping cost and custom payments which I would be charged. After a bit of toing and froing I have agreed a partial refund which leaves me out of pocket but I'm shot of these scam merchants.
As to the knee sleeves don't waste your money, they're useless, provide no support are uncomfortable and slip. I should have read previous reviews, again avoided like the plague.

Die Bestellung und Lieferung klappte gut.
Aber Benutzung der Bandage ist sehr mangelhaft.
Die Bandage rutscht schnell, obwohl die Anweisungen für das Anlegen der Kniebandage befolgt wurden.
In der Kniekehle schneiden die Bänder zum Befestigen ein.
Das ist sehr schmerzhaft.
Eine Reklamation und Rücksendung wurde abgelehnt.
Es können nur vollkommene ungenutzte Artikel zurückgenommen werden.
Frage: Wie soll man dann die Funktion beurteilen können.
Fazit: Vollkommen unbrauchbare Kniebandage.
PS: Bei Temu wird diese oder eine sehr ähnliche Bandage für ca. 5€ angeboten.

Finger weg von der Firma. Bei temu gibt's sowas für ein paar Groschen. Selbst die Bestellung ist seltsam. Stornierung geht nicht. Plötzlich hast du zwei Produkte und deine 50 Euro sind weg. Nie wieder

Oh how i wished i had read these reviews before I ordered my Wellnee knee braces. I also only ordered 1 received and was charged for 4. Have been fighting with them ever since for a refund but to no avail. Now they just say the request is over 30 day refund policy even though my initial request was the same day I received the product. No idea if the product even works as I've not tried it.

They have processed 2 orders instead of only 1 and charged me an additional £49. The one product that I ordered was tried and useless! Now sending numerous requests for a refund with absolutely no response! Terrible product and even worse service…..AVOID!!!!

Do not order from these people. Complete scammers. On their website I ordered one knee brace. This was changed on the invoixe to 8. They charged me £92. I immediately contacted them to cancel my order before they shipped. They didnt cancel and have since shipped my order. Have read that the same thing has happened to other people. They are completely fraudulent in my opinion. Please do not order from them.

Ich habe 1 Kniebandage bestellt . 2 Wochen kam nichts. Ich habe 2x gemahnt .
wellnee hat mich 2 x angeschrieben, damit ich irgendwelche Schmerzpflaster kaufe .
Ware kam dann endlich . Überteuert ! Finger weg von dieser wahrscheinlich chinesischen Firma, die nur versucht andere Produkte über einen neuen Kontakt aufdringlich zu vermarkten.

As with other reviewers I ordered 1, but was charged for 2. Cancelled within 15 minutes but told it was too late.

I've escalated but pretty sure there are only 2 people working there and they are now dressing the return further.

I'm challenging this with paypal as a scam company

Jetzt ist mir das viel beschriebene auch passiert. 4 x Knee sleeves bestellt. Bestellbestätigung plötzlich 2 x 4x, also 8 Stück. Eine riesen Gaunerei dieser Shop. Also Finger weg!!! Klarer Betrug. Mal sehen wie die Rücksendung mit Rückerstattung funktioniert

Nachtrag: Die Ware ist angekommen ohne irgendeinen Hinweis auf den Absender zwecks Rücksendung.
Mails bleiben unbeantwortet. Betrug, werde Anzeige erstatten.

I wouldn't put any stars if I could. I ordered 1 knee brace for my husband and found when order was placed that 3 extra knee braces were added to my order. I IMMEDIATELY sent an email to stop the order and was told it was not possible, that you will love our product , so sorry no refunds! No help what so ever.

Kniebandagen bestellt aufgrund Werbeversprechen, doppelte Bestellung aufgegeben durch geschickten Scam-Aufbau der Webseite ohne Bestätigung, Lieferung zügig aus Deutschland (DHL Retourenlager in Bonrechtern 31, Visbek).
Widersprochen und um Rücksendelabel gebeten, Antwort nur hinhaltend, es wird erst 40%, dann 50% Rabatt angeboten,
da ich auf Rücksendung bestehe wird nicht mehr geantwortet. Habe Rückabwicklung bei Credit Card beantragt und Ware an das dt. Lager geschickt, die vermutlich die Annahme verweigern werden. Das Produkt ist unbrauchbar und entspricht in keiner Weise den Beschreibungen.

Ich kann mich nur meinen Vorrednern anschließen, die Bandage ist Schrott und absolut untauglich. Die Rücksendung ist zermürbend und fast unmöglich

die Bandage hat keinen festen Halt an einem ausgewachsenen Männerknie. Der Rückgabeprpzess gestaltet sich schwierig bis unmöglich. Man wird mit immer neuen, sinnlosen Mails zermürbt, bin gespannt, ob irgendwann eine Adresse und ein Ticket kommen. Unbedingt die Finger von den Dingern lassen!!!!!

I ordered one pair of knee braces but found they had ordered a further 2 pairs and tried to confuse me into ordering various other items as well. I cancelled the payment via PayPal and informed Wellnee, who replied that they had updated the order. Nevertheless, the extra knee braces have been sent, without any return instructions or address. I don't know how to deal with this. The braces that I did order have no fitting instructions and do not seem tight enough. They barely allow for my jeans legs to be pulled over them.
P.S. After walking 100 yds, the braces had slipped down my legs. Useless!

I wanted to order a pack of three boxes of patches. I then asked them to change it to their promo for four instead. So far I have been charged for three of their promos and I have a sneaky suspicion I have been charged for knee braces I certainly didn't want as I wasn't even on that part of their site. I have asked a refund and stop the unwanted items before they have been posted.

Scammers. I ordered 1 knee brace for around £21 but when I completed the card information the order changed to 4 plus 4 at half price,a total of £92.!! I immediately tried to cancel but there was no way of doing that. I contacted their "help" desk who said it was too late to change it even though I never ordered 8 units. Fearing the worst,I contacted my bank and changed my debit card so no further sums could be taken. With so many critical reviews I'm amazed this bunch of "criminals" are still operating. Come on Google do something about this. Oh, and the knee braces are useless !!

Their website is dodgy when you're making a purchase. I actually purchased when one of these ads comes up on phone whilst you're looking at something you actually want to look at; as I have problems with knees, I thought I would give it a try. I purchased 1 pack, went through to PayPal to pay, but there was no confirmation of purchase so went back to seller website, saw confirm purchase button and pressed this, only to find that it had sold me another pack at a higher price that included P&P, whereas the original one didn't. I wasn't even taken to PayPal to authorise purchase, it just took money automatically. ive cancelled all automatic payments on my PayPal account. I emailed them to cancel, but they said the order was already processed!!! I rang PayPal next day to see if I could cancel transaction due to dodgy nature, and they said I couldn't as payment had gone through. Paypal finally told me that they can blacklist a seller once they have had so many complaints against them, so I urge you to do this. PayPal advised me to always read reviews before buying and also avoid buying when these advertising windows come up. ive learnt my lesson!! the company also bombarded me with emails of offers and have not replied to my emails - so non-existent customer service!! I have a heart condition so could've done without this stress. plus you can buy these patches under different name for a lot less.
