Fast shipment

Thank you Manny for all your help. I found out I couldn’t take my injections and Manny was a huge help and processed my return refund quickly.
I got my meds fast, but couldn’t take it.

Need to review shipping

I like the medication but the way they pack it came to me warm I don't know how long the shipper had it but my medication is not supposed to get warm

We understand why receiving a shipment that feels warm can be concerning. GLP-1 medications are shipped with insulated packaging and ice packs to help buffer temperature during transit. However, it is very common for ice packs to arrive melted by the time a package is delivered, especially when shipping takes several days or passes through warm environments.

Melted ice packs do not automatically mean the medication has been compromised. GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide are known to be temperature stable for periods of time outside refrigeration. For example, manufacturer guidance for several GLP-1 medications indicates they can remain at room temperature (up to about 86°F / 30°C) for extended periods after dispensing without losing effectiveness. This is why patients are able to store and use their medication outside of refrigeration once it is in use.

Pharmacies ship these medications with cold packs as a temperature buffer, not because the medication instantly becomes ineffective if a pack melts. During shipping, packages frequently move between refrigerated environments, aircraft cargo holds, sorting facilities, and delivery vehicles. The insulation and ice packs help moderate these fluctuations.

Our pharmacy partners also perform stability monitoring and shipping validation testing to ensure that normal transit conditions — even when ice packs have melted — do not affect the medication’s potency or safety.

Excellent customer service response to an issue

Fed Ex caused my problem. Their delay took 6 days to ship my first order of Zepbound arriving at 5pm March 5th.

WellMedR had shipped it immediately after my order February 27th on two day shipping. They did everything right.

It arrived warm because the ice pak WellMedR included had long ago gotten warm.

I contacted support and they called me and texted me apologizing and sent me a new shipment immediately at no cost.

I have to say their customer service is excellent.
Manny is extremely responsive and committed to customer satisfaction.

Customer service is very attentive you…

Customer service is very attentive you cam email and they call you within the hour . Manny helped be when I called and emailed and then made sure to follow up with me about the dosage concern. Have no received the package yet as I juat ordered today but I just received a tracking number that its on the way!

I have had a great experience. I had a question, called , a person answered (yay!) I wasn’t put on hold, my question was answered and I was also given extra information that I probably would have had a little later. Very nice and professional, treated me like I was important and mattered.

10/10 Customer service experience

After some initial difficulty getting in touch, Manny was very professional and apologetic in response to my delay in shipment and communication. Partial refund was given once we got in touch and I felt that was a fair resolution. It took a few days to hit my account, but he was very communicative and reassured me with proof of the refund on his end.

Our advertised shipping timeframe refers to when orders move to fulfillment after medical approval, not the moment an order is placed. Processing times can vary depending on provider review and pharmacy volume.

Manny is a perfect example of stellar customer service. I had an issue yesterday with communication and the patient portal. He contacted me this morning with solutions and followed through with what he said he was going to do. This company is lucky to have an employee like Manny.

I am newly starting my weight-loss journey with wellmedr and I want to thank both representatives I spoke with. Not only do they have chat support and email, but my calls and even texts were answered immediately! I want to specifically thank the wonderfully kind and patient representatives that helped me thru answering all of my questions before signing up. Kait was consistent and happy to assist me, even after days of questions! Also, when I called in with a question, Manny answered immediately and also was kind and answered all of my questions. This is a scam

This is a scam. They dont require you to see a doctor. You don't talk to an actual person at all. There is no way to actually speak to anyone. They dont answer emails.

Calling something a “scam” because you did not personally speak to someone on demand is not an accurate representation of how modern telehealth operates.

All medication prescribed through our platform is reviewed and authorized by a licensed U.S. medical provider after evaluating a detailed medical intake. Our clinicians determine whether a synchronous visit (video or phone) is medically necessary, or whether treatment can be safely prescribed asynchronously.

Many patients with straightforward medical histories fall into the asynchronous category — which is a legally recognized and widely used telehealth model. That does not mean there is no doctor involved. It means the provider determined a live call was not required for safe prescribing.

We do respond to emails and support inquiries, though response times can vary depending on volume. Not receiving an immediate reply does not indicate fraudulent activity.

Simple and consistent price

If you want simple and straightforward with consistent pricing this is it. I started with another outfit that after 3 months the price was going to shoot up, which was not implicitly stated. Looking around, I found that to be the case with many of the online providers for weight loss medication. Wellmedr offered consistent low pricing. I chose a year out option to get the lowest price, but there are other options. There is no membership fee, no doctor fee or mandatory virtual visits. A heathcare provider signed off on the application within a day, the order went to the pharmacy to be compounded and shipped fed ex shortly after. You get tracking information as soon as it ships. If you need some hand holding and like talking to health care providers or want to be a member in a support group, this might not be your style. If pricing and simplicity is your defining factor, this is a great choice. One helpful piece of advice I can give you, is if you do have questions, and I had a couple, the chat function on the website didn't work well, but it was a newer site. Use the support email provided. You will get a timely response and the support staff is helpful and knowledgeable. It’s what I was looking for.
