I'd never considered rentvesting as a way to grow our wealth. Luke walked me through the data, and the numbers made sense. What I appreciated most was the rationale behind every property he presented, including the ones that didn't make the cut. We purchased in Perth for $515k and have since released roughly $180k in equity, allowing us to purchase a second property.
