Scam. Sold a fake item that was advertised as “authentic”, when I contacted them they didn’t reply and have now disappeared, website cannot be found and emails bounce back.

I ordered a box of Labubus and they didn't deliver by when I wanted them, so I offered to return it but they did not give me the label. They then promised me a full refund without needing to return the item, on the 25th of June - it's nearly been a month. Now, they are not responding to my emails or on the chatbox on the website. Horrible service. No response on spam either.

I ordered 3 gifts on 20th June and have still not received them , they are not responding to my emails , I cant get through on the phone , the tracking details have been sent to Yodel but the parcel is not with them , no idea where my order is ! I've been on live chat to yodel they have the parcel details but not the actual parcel .
I've contacted my bank to see if I can get my money back . Avoid at all costs !

Complete scam. Ordered a Labubu for my daughter’s birthday, and it never arrived. Contacted customer support and no reply. Now the website is unavailable. Karma is coming for you.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! Ordered product, didn’t arrive, called number on website (not even a business number) and they said my order was a scam. No product arrived. Very rude man! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Same story as everyone else.
Ordered on 10 June, told there was a delay, then radio silence.
Seems they have taken everyone’s money, but have a new shiny website paid for by us.
I can’t even get hold of anyone to get a refund. Have had to go to bank.

If you like being robbed, please use!

Clearly a scam, no replies, no order received. Now having to go through the bank to get a refund, avoid.

I ordered Labubu 17thJune. It was express delivery but after week my status in SHOP hadn’t been changed. Eventually my item wasn’t delivered. Firstly support sent apologies letters. Story ignores emails now. I don’t have toy don’t have refund. Do not use!

Stanley cup paid for and ordered. Never delivered.

Awful. Ordered a bag charm on 5th July. Nothing. No emails to confirm dispatch and when I emailed to ask them to cancel- again, nothing. No contact and no product. Currently going through disputes process with my credit card company to at least get my money back..avoid at all cost. You'll never get your order and defo won't get your money back.

I placed an order for £139 on 29 June. The parcel was supposedly shipped but never arrived. The courier (Evri) confirmed it was lost, and the store has completely ignored all my messages for weeks.

They take your money and disappear — no communication, no refund, no customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Scammers DO NOT order from this website. They are telling lies, the website even has the cheek to say its genuine. Mine arrived but my daughter realised straight away that her Labubu was a FAKE. Avoid this shameful store.

Complete scam, ordered on 10th June. In first few weeks they said due to quality issues they cancelled approx 400 shipments and it will be delivered by 05th July 2025. Again we started to contact them by email and this time they stopped responding our emails. We called them on uk Birmingham number , earlier it was going to voicemail and one day recently somebody answered and they said there is no website or company called welfordstores and started abusing. I have reported this scam to my bank and all places necessary. I have received a refund but please be very careful. They are even spoiling yodel name by creating fake virtual shipment tracking id to mislead customers like us.

Placed order 24/7 still not received parcel and absolutely no reply from company after numerous attempts at contacting them . AVOID !

Would give it 0 stars if possible. Placed an order on 13th June for a Stanley Cup. Merchant sent a dispatch email with a Yodel tracking number on 15th June, but nothing in sight yet! No one picks up the phone number on their website, and they do not respond to emails either. Like another reviewer, I received an email on 1st July that there is 3-day delay, but again, nothing yet. Charging back through my bank! When I checked on Google Earth, the area is just residential. Also transaction on the bank shows as ASADAKBARPORTAL.COM ABU DHABI AZ! Stay away, it is a fraud merchant!
