Our overall experience has been positive, but we received an instruction manual for a model of the Triad Weldmaster we don't have which has led to some confusion.

Christian did a great job aligning/leveling our 112 extreme. Was patient and work thru small issues with us.

being a new owner and still having issues with temp/speed when welding i keep getting everybodys opinion , Its very confusing.

Despite the current business conditions MT continues to offer good support and parts availability.

We purchased Miller's 112 Extreme in order to have the ability to weld various substrates at our facility. The Miller team was professional from sales to installation. When we order consumable parts, service or need technical assistance their customer service and technical team is very responsive.

Miller put us in a new business. We brought a concept to them - they HEAVILY modified their equipment and built the feed and downstream process equipment as a one-off - only thing like it in the world. They shipped it and we commissioned it in 2019, only to find out it didn't operate as planned. Instead of avoiding accountability and pushing back as some companies would do, they actually brought the ENTIRE thing back to their factory and re-engineered it. You don't know how good a company is until there's a problem - Miller demonstrated the old-fashioned integrity that sets them apart and above. I'm a customer forever.

Communication has not been what we expected. We completed many projects with Miller over the years; Unfortunately, our last inquiry was not up to the standards and responsiveness we have become accustomed to. We have enjoyed your ability to think outside the box to create awesome pieces of equipment for us over the years.
However, this has not been the case as of late. Hopefully, once things get back to normal Miller will get back to being the responsive, creative, equipment building problem solvers we have had the pleasure to work with over the years.

The only issue I have is the format in which the email replies come back and forth. It is unclear if we are actually communicating with someone. And I would prefer a phone call as well.

Troubleshooting with Chad and the team is just a phone call away. No matter what the problem may be, its always nice to know that we can reach a tech that can help us through and get us back online fast. Parts wear over time and we have never had trouble getting what we need.

Excellent service from Miller Weldmaster staff! From sales, production, to delivery and installation, their service was excellent! The entire crew was very helpful with picking the right machine for our needs and it's design. They kept us informed on progress, always asked questions and made sure we were satisfied with the product we'd be getting. We were always able to get in touch with someone and get our questions answered. A pleasure to work with!!!
