I had an excellent experience with the Chen/WeGreened team. My I-140 was approved in EB2-NIW category. They are highly experienced and have a lot of data about the current trends every step of the way. Their announcement page is also very helpful to keep up to date with latest changes in the system.
Some colleagues working with other lawyers had to prepare evidence packages themselves. Chen attorneys only required soft copies of all documents and they prepared the evidence packet for me. This was completely stress free because I could rely on their experience instead of worrying about doing everything correctly myself. I also want to highlight their quick response time. I always received a response within 24-48 hours (on weekdays) as long as I used the messaging system on their portal and selected the correct message category. I will note that sometimes I did not receive an email notification about their response to my messages so it is always a good idea to check the portal directly for a response.
I had a lot of questions throughout the process and the lawyers were extremely patient and positive in answering all of them. I will highly recommend Chen/WeGreened to my friends or colleagues in the future.

I hired this attorney’s office to file my I-140 in August 2024 with 41 citation and 5 research papers and 2 conference papers. From the start the communication was poor, but it became far worse after they received payment.
They strongly advised against premium processing claiming it would increase the chance of an RFE. They were also against including references. I followed their advice. After nearly two years of waiting, I received an RFE that specifically requested the exact reference letters they told me not to include. I immediately provided five strong reference letters plus every other document they asked for. Then they ghosted me for two full months.
Response times routinely took 25–26 days. Simple emails and document requests sat unanswered. The only time they were responsive was before they cashed the check. After that, the arrogance and silence set in.
Because of their bad strategic advice and repeated delays, I am now more than two and a half years behind where I should be. This has real consequences for my career and life plans.
I regret hiring them. Once this case is finished I will share the full timeline and documents of my case so others can see exactly what they need and consider self-filing instead. Save yourself the stress, the lost time, and the money. Look elsewhere.
