The whole process was very straightforward and the telephone enquiry was handled by a friendly and helpful lady. The engineer was friendly and professional. He did a thorough job on my dishwasher.

Tim was here to fix my Hotpoint dryer. The fuse was blown and would not turn on. He charged $200 for maintenance and $75. For cleaning. Total bill was $313.00 for a blown fuse. WeFix will certainly fix your budget to be unaffordable. Ridiculous overpriced and utter BS!

Constant updates of when he would arrive. Very courteous and explained what he was doing. On the repair. Very patient as my 3 year old grandson was asking him loads of questions of what he was doing. His customer service was second to none a very pleasant experience. Very clean cleared any mess.
