We found wefitanyfurniture/myfittedbedroom online and were attracted to the strong design features and general look and feel. Our initial appointment was with George Penny who was very helpful efficient. There was no element of pressure sales at all which was great.

The order process was simple although a little confusing given that there are various payments to be made to various subcontractors (payment to surveyor and fitter direct for instance). The detailed survey was good although it does take c.3 hours.

Delivery and fitting were very smooth. I want to call out Stan our fitter who was simply excellent. He had two rooms to fit and worked almost without breaks. He was super accommodating with a few variations we asked for and the finished installations look absolutely amazing.

I've already recommend the company to a friend and am very happy with the finished product. The expectations are set clearly (re clearing the rooms in advance, clearing out the waste after etc) and the only slight comment I would make is for the company to try and simplify the payment structure so that it isn't as hard to follow and individual payments aren't needed to three or four different entities.

We had an initial survey with Mike, a more later detailed survey with Simon and both were very knowledgeable and helpful with NO sales push.
Plans were delivered that were accurate to the room. Email updates were recived from office staff and during telephone conversations office staff were delightful.
Lee out fitter chap was very good. I am a time served joiner by trade and Lee`s work was outstanding. Nice chap, clean clothes and appropriate attitude, he even cleaned the room at close of play each day.
I accidentally damaged a door and very helpful Jennifer whom answered my call sent me one within two days without charge. Do not hesitate when chosing this company all round WINNER and highly recommended.

Our room is a large walk-in cupboard or very small room with a boiler in one corner. It is an awkward size.
The online consultancy with Jason was easy. He seemed to read my mind and produced a drawing of exactly what I wanted within the confines available.
When the surveyor, Sufiyaan arrived, I was met with a polite professional who spent time getting everything measured accurately. He made suggestions to little tweaks to ensure the room would look and be as functional as possible.
On the day of fitting we met two lovely chaps, Mario and his brother Stan. They worked really hard and solidly all day, fine tuning bits and bobs without any fuss or bother. The skill of these men was really impressive and we are both thrilled with the finished product.

Makes a massive difference to my bedroom, the fact it looks so much better then the last and the quality is so good. The fitter was friendly and did a fantastic job.

Appalling customer service... If you're lucky enough to have your call answered by a human being and NOT an answer machine, don't hold your breath that your message will be passed on! Despite requesting an email from the Installation Manager regarding issues with my new fitted bedroom furniture 4 days ago, I am still waiting!

3 weeks ago Kevin Sumner the fitter came along and single-handed fitted 3 bedrooms starting monday finishing Friday as planned, arriving 8 am every morning with a smile on his face, he was pleasant, polite and most of all very hard working, he hardly stopped to have a brew. His work was excellent, very Professional and perfect finishing, no problem was too big for him. Thanks Kevin you have left us with 3 beautiful bedrooms, very much appreciated.

Over the past 4 days I ve had Dean from WFAF to assemble and fit 2 bedrooms. Throughout those days he provided excellent customer service, he always communicated to ensure I was happy with the plans and completed a professional job. Dean was also courteous and hard working.

My daughter loves her new furniture bedroom and I would highly recommend WFAF.

The products, installation and communication beforehand was fantastic, however communication and repair works since this time have been very poor. I have been trying to make contact with them since November 2020 to arrange repairs to one of the items 6 months after installation and have had no feedback from Jenny Clift who was my link person after installation. I have sent emails to the customer service department on two occasions and have not received a response. You would also expect that a product would last longer than 6 months before the fixtures come loose.

May we thank the wefitanyfurniture team for our 3 bedroom wardrobe order and fitting. Each step of the process from the initial consultation, design plan, survey, delivery, and finally the fitting - (special thanks to fitters Kevin and Andy) were completed within the agreed timing plan. The finished product looks wonderful and we could not be happier. John and Sheila.

All I can say is when selling their products everything is fine however when fitted the products was faulty. They were fitted in Feb 2020... its now nearly April and they have still not come out to amend their poor products. I would not recommend to anyone. Very poor after care service. Once they have your money they are not interested then

We just got 3 bedrooms wardrobes fitted and the whole process was excellent.

Fitter Ray did an absolutely marvellous job!!Each room was finished meticulously to perfection.His work has changed the entire look of the rooms.He took great care even to clean the rooms after his job and was always ready to go the extra mile.

Very efficient and professional service by the entire team.

Cowboys ? You decide. My honest experience is as follows, fitting dates moved, then water damaged materials sent so only part done then they leave them in the drive for me to take to tip, so another delay. I had arranged carpets to be fitted after the date of wardrobe fitting but as it was not completed due to water damaged materials, I had to have the brand new carpet fitted then lifted again. The fitter had to come back again then re-fit obviously at extra cost and disruption. Once the fitted wardrobes were built they did not match drawings and fitter said he was never given any, so needed to change it as 3 out of the 4 shelves were missing, then when changed the 4 shelves were all different sizes, it has poor fitting gaps to walls and no caulking, the bedside cabinet does not even have a back on, the wardrobe rails are not level, handles and doors are not level, basically not finished well, screws are sticking out, 2 hinges missing on doors, brown packers used and some wrong materials on a white mid sheen and high gloss design (some parts that should be mid sheen were matt and you can see the brown) they send someone out after chasing for some time, he agrees with all points and says its poor and he will do a report to the office, then nothing for over 3 months. No calls returned (Emma always away from desk on their voice message and no point leaving one as they do not get back to you anyway and no text message returned from a manager since then. Many months later still not any further on. Once lockdown finishes I will be at showroom daily until they sort it. The showroom I refer to is my fitted bedrooms and kitchens, A6, 204 Wellington Rd S, Stockport SK1 3UF. and obviously wefitanyfurniture (badly) My advice is stay clear of this company use another one further down the A6. Shame the minimum review is 1 star on this platform, as I am so annoyed with them if I could have left no stars I would have. They are very helpful until you have paid all your money (Over £4000 in my case) then things go down hill and as you have to pay all due to them prior to fitting, if any issues arise for you like I have had, likely expect the same poor after service. If you do use them, I wish you good luck as in my opinion you will need it.

Had our wardrobes fitted by a fitter called Dale, he rang us the day before, explaining about the fit. Throughout the fitting of the wardrobes, he was efficent, polite and very thorough. He cleaned up after himself and left the room as he found it. The wardrobes are fitted to perfection. I cannot fault with the quality of the wardrobes neither the fitting of them. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for fitted wardrobes.

We have had fitted wardrobes in our bedroom and a full fit out in our study. Quality of the units is high and we are delighted with the installation. Kevin our fitter was genuinely friendly, courteous and tidy fitter. The quality of his work is second to non. I would not hesitate to recommend both We Fit Any Furniture for the quality of their units they supply and Kevin for the quality of his work and have to say it is a pleasure to have him work in your house.
