Since the beginning of my relocation process I have been grateful for Mafalda's advice, support and all the help she has given me, both when looking for an apartment and when reviewing my contracts. This difficult relocation process was made easier with WeFindFlats' help.

They helped me with the relocation process in Germany and found me an accommodation. My initial case manager was Mafalda. During the process, I think she took leave. I really don't know the real reason behind her absence because I never felt it since Dulguun took over and assisted me. That transition was very smooth, so I never felt Mafalda's absence. Again Mafalda returned to work and continued. Both of them were really nice and helpful.

I would like to thank the team, especially Mafalda, who has never withheld any help since the day we met. Settling in a new country is a really difficult process. you make it much easier. 100% satisfied.

Useless service, I had this service paid for by my company to help me settle in Berlin, first in a temp aparttment then in a long term one. They were useless in both, for the temp one they basically search urbanground & ukio & other expensive providers which you can do yourself and they're pricey so they're available and they reported wrong prices! After I accepted one of the offers (wrong price) they came back and told me there are admin fees which almost doubled the monthly rent!
For my second apartment (long term) they told me to sign up for immoscout which is a paid service and search myself! What's the point? Then after I found one on my own I sent them the contract to review and asked them questions about it (cancellation and so on) and they answered me incorrectly when I asked GPT. GPT was actually better.
On top of all of that I had moved in to my new apartment for 12 days and they couldn't get me an anmeldung appointment (then they got me one on short notice that I couldn't go to) and they told me to prepare my docs and go to any citizen office at 8am and hopefully you'll get in. When I asked her to keep looking for a certain day she told me that she won't find any!!! After that I kept reloading the website and found one on my own on that same day I asked them to book for me.
For the anmeldung form I filled it and sent it to them to review they told me that it's all good and then later I found that I had a typo in the address. Totally useless don't waste your money!
