Having used Weev chargers without any issues there were 2 at a hotel in Fermanagh that were faulty. Weev were well aware of this and eventually an "out of order" sign was put on them. My EV has a small battery capacity around 25kw so usually costs around £12.50 for a full charge with Weev. One day I charged my vehicle to 100% for the journey home at this "faulty" charger and the financial cost was £42.29 so basically I was billed for electricity that I didn't receive. I contacted Weev customer service by telephone and was promised a callback last week and nobody bothered. I had to chase them up by email and eventually received a refund yesterday. Weev chargers are rather good when they are working properly but because of the very bad customer service and the way I was treated I won't be using Weev ever again. Issues like this are causing sceptical views about electric vehicles.

Terrible user experience. The charging started but the app didn't record any of the details so just couldn't stop the charge from the app and now I have no charging history and no receipt. I called them twice. They took loads of details but no-one ever called back. The charger said that using the app meant that you didn't have to pay the holding fee but €50 was taken and wasn't released for nearly a week. Also the fast charge advertised in reality is half of that. ESB chargers much better. I can't imagine how something that should be fine tuned by now is so shit.

Very bad customer service. It seems that they're not interested in selling their product. I had issues with the survey so I could get a quote for the cross-pavement installation. I've called multiple times to try to solve the issue and it's still unsolved, no one answers the phone, the voicemail box is full. I contacted someone on Friday that said the problem would be solved but he call and when I went to answer the call was disconnected. If it's like this now, I can't imagine when I get the service done, they are lucky as they have the monopoly here in NI otherwise I would not get their services. I don't have a driveway and it's frustrating that I have to beg to get a service. It's embarrassing.

Excellent service from day 1. David was always nice and friendly, always keen in helping and even contacting DFI and management companies. The installation of the charger was done in just a few hours and we also tried the charger at the end.

It is also worth noting my request for a charger was denied by 3 other companies.

I absolutely recommend Weev over any other company in the country.

Weev.ie, Shockingly bad service with a domestic installation - sales team took my money ok for an arranged domestic charger installation in Donegal. Subsequently failed to deliver the unit ordered - they shipped it from Belfast and their paperwork failed customs in Dublin, On the agreed day of installation they cancelled the appointment 13 minutes after it was supposed to have started. Complete let down. Buyer beware.

Hanging up the phone? Is that your customer service? You don't have enough staff to maintain and fix your chargers and you blame my car? And leave me in the cold to fix your charger? Poor, poor, port customer service!

Phone number does not work, you need to edit before making call. Gave up waiting for an agent as there was no reply.

Tried to use WEEV charging point at Drogheda bus station. Tapped my card started charging then stopped so 0% charge done. €50 taken out of my account. I didn’t realise this and checked connections and tapped again!! Exact same thing happened and another €50 taken out!!! I rang the help line who apologised and stated that I would get a refund in 24hours. I stated it really wasn’t good enough as €100 euro down and still had to charge my car. He stated would I get a call today and he would log my dissatisfaction!!! Now 24hours later no call and no refund!!!!!! Attempted to call help desk no response and states call log full so can’t leave a message!!! It’s just not good enough!!!!!

Charger in Manorhamilton did not work. Charged me €50 anyway. Called them, waited on hold a long time, no answer. Now I have to flag fraud with my card provider which will see my card cancelled for security reasons

Disappointing charging experience in Newry using a Weev 60kw charging pod. Downloaded app and registered. Received email with code. Followed instructions in app. Charge point failed to initialise on three separate occasions. After wasting 25 minutes gave up.
