Booked the day before, the lady from the customer service hotline is so nice and helpful. She told me which time slot had reached the minimum people and she offered a lot of help.

Had the most amazing time on the bikes ! The drinks were delicious and they kept us topped up the whole ride long ! Such a good way to have a great tour of the city from someone who knows all the stories while having a party with your mates ! Couldn’t recommend more highly:) a must do activity for your trip to Belfast.

We had a BLAST in Belfast with Wee Toast! My friends and I jumped on a party bike as a way to kick off our first night in town and it was a fun way to see the city, get some insider info on where else we should explore, and make new friends. We really appreciated how knowledgable the guides were and will definitely book again when we're back in Belfast!

Had an amazing time cycling with Liam and Oran. Such a laugh and a great way to spend our friends 40th. Kept us warm in the dreich January weather. Loved it.

Got a call on the morning of to say mechanical difficulties with the bike and that other people had cancelled because of the heat. Had to cancel. Then had to message the number a few times before getting a response about the refund and it was only when I mentioned the bad reviews and said I’d take it further that I got a reply and a refund. Was promised a gift card but that never came. Do not book with this company to avoid disappointment. Also ignore the recent reviews with the 3 stars who are all quite clearly bots/fake accounts.

Update since posting this review - within an hour they rang and left a voicemail asking me to confirm I had a refund. Within 5 minutes of that voice mail I got a gift card emailed to me. Just doing damage control but again I wouldn’t book with them as I seem to have a very similar experience to most.

Had the best start to Morgan's Hen Night . Was so much fun, better than expected. The staff were fantastic as was everyone around Belfast City Centre. The best way to start the party. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking them.

Easy booking process and good price however those are the only plus points. Had a bike booked in Manchester for the Saturday morning at 11am, I got a text message late the night before explaining they were having mechanical difficulties with the bike and asked if we could do later in the day. I agreed with them that 2pm would be ok. On Saturday, an hour before we were due to have the bike I got another text saying they hadn’t sorted it so could we do later again. We had things booked elsewhere so couldn’t and I was told we’d get a refund. Since then (6 weeks ago) I’ve been ignored by their customer service. No email, no reply by the number who text me. No phone call. Shocking customer service and bare faced liars.

The tour was well organized and the guides were knowledgeable and friendly. Communication before the event was clear which made everything run smoothly.

J'ai réservé un tour pour plus de 200€ que l'on m'a annulé le matin même pour "problème technique"...
Je n'ai rien dit et attends TOUJOURS mon remboursement cela fait deux semaines.
Je n'ai aucune nouvelle du service client.

I booked a Bike Tour in London for a Saturday and they phoned me that afternoon to cancel the Tour. Very annoying as we had travelled up to London for a birthday treat. I was promised a £50 gift card and a refund. I am still waiting for both!!! They do not reply to emails, i have had a reply to a text message promising my refund last week, but still nothing refunded. Very Very Poor Service- 1st cancelling the Tour and then NO REFUND. Very disappointing.

Absolute Scam! Turns out they've shut down months ago, but they're still taking people's money, and refusing to refund it, even though they're in liquidation! Utter utter fraudsters, should be ashamed of themselves
