We totally disagree with this review.

Your order was purchased through one of our selling partners, Decathlon, and any return requests must be handled through Decathlon's returns process. We also note that your email was sent at 8:41am this morning and this review was posted at 19:15pm before we had any reasonable opportunity to respond.

We're a very small team. We take customer service seriously and endeavour to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, unlike large corporations with dedicated customer service teams operating around the clock, we are not always able to respond immediately.

Lovely company to deal with !

Delivery time was great, unfortunately my trainers had an issue… response time to my email was super swift and service great. There seemed to be an issue with the batch and was given the option of refund or replacement. Opted for refund in light of the information shared and this was done immediately. Fantastic experience (name check Grace) would recommend this company and use again :)

Poor service

This company brings a shame onto family businesses, they have lied to TikTok and are now keeping my money. They accused me of wearing their item and then returning it. But because now the top smells of aftershave, they are not willing to return it. I returned the order within an hours of receiving it. I did not even take the label off. They are lying because I made remarks about their poor time response. They have kept my hard earned money because of their ego. I am pleading for my money back because this makes a huge difference to me. They have blocked me on social media and they have not even had the audacity to return the original order

Your refund request was declined after inspection confirmed the item had a strong personal scent, meaning it couldn’t be resold for hygiene reasons. Our decision complies with the Consumer Rights Act, and the item has been returned to you at our expense. We do not tolerate repeated threats or harassment toward our team or business and will take further action if this continues.

Absolutley diabolical

Absolutley diabolical, waited 4 weeks for my goods to arrive nothing! Phoned and emailed to no avail! Finally recieved an email that they could resend or give a refund. I replied saying just to resend to then be ignored for a further week without any updates to the situation! Would just avoid buying from here at all costs not worth the time!
