Return scam

The dress I ordered was cute but wasn’t going to work for the occasion I had ordered it for so I tried to return it. After doing all the requirements needed to return the item the company ghosted me and never gave me a refund. I checked with the shipping company and saw the dress was delivered back to Wedtrend and after more than 15 days still no refund and no answer from the company. So now I’m out $200 and no dress.

CHINESE SCAM

The shipping estimates will take at least double the time they stated. I reached out to them to cancel the order because it hadn't shipped in time for the event, they said I couldn't get a refund (even though they still have the product within their possession). I woke up the next morning and the product has shipped, from China. It's a total scam company, I've disputed the charges with my credit card company.

Shipping address was wrong with no way…

Shipping address was wrong with no way to change as it had just “shipped out” I hope. I messaged about the tracking number because it was not in USPS system and never got a response. Starting to think I’m being scammed. USPS was also no help of course so it’s just been a hassle all around. -10/10 do not order from this place

Worst Online Buying Experience of My Life - STAY AWAY

Company is a bunch of scammers - shipping will take 5x longer than stated, trying to return dresses with them is a nightmare of them trying to con you into keeping the dresses for 10% off, 30% off, or a coupon code. Had to file a complaint with the BBB for them to begin taking initiative in fulfilling my requests for a return and refund (they never responded to the BBB complaint btw). Wish I would have done more research on this company before ordering 5 dresses from them as it seems there are a TON of bad reviews on them with the BBB and Trust Pilot and it could have saved me the trouble. WORST ONLINE BUYING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I followed the company's return policy and emailed them to request a return. After several emails back and forth, they agreed to refund the full amount of the dress as I was within the return window. I emailed them a picture of the tracking number for the package and it was delivered OVER A MONTH AGO. Wedtrend has failed to process my refund even though they have the merchandise. I have sent several emails to follow up but they have not been returned. I have also reached out via the chat to get an update on my refund and get canned answers about "peak season." The website states they process returns in 5-7 business days. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They essentially promise refunds and then never process returns. Theft? Based on other reviews, this seems to be a pattern and standard business practice. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and any other appropriate agency.

I sent a dress back on july 22

I sent a dress back on July 22 (paid 13$ for return), they received it on July 24th and I still have not received any refund or code. I have an event and I need to buy an another dress from their website. I literally bought a dress from them knowing that I could return it. They should’ve mentioned in their return policy that they would only offer percentages off the product or a coupon as a refund, they don’t refund you the money. It’s so unclear for the customers. I literally spent my savings and I don’t have the money to buy another dress. I’m praying that they would me my coupon at least. I’ve been waiting for five days! Refunds shouldn’t be that hard I only faced this issue with this company.

I received the code but it took way too long and it made me so frustrated because I thought I would never receive it. I still would have preferred an actual refund instead of a code. I had to get an another dress from them and pay for the shipping. I wouldn’t risk buying a dress from them again.

After reading these reviews i am very nervous i will not be refunded for the dress i purchased. Will absolutely not be shopping here again. The website also claims to have live chat which seems to be a lie.

Responding: No I have not sent the dress back because I’ve been going back and forth with you guys about getting a full refund. You’re offering me 30% refund.

If I could give less that one star

If I could give less that one star, I would. Terrible company. The dress I ordered was two sizes too small. I needed it for a wedding and didn't want to chance an exchange, so I ordered another dress from a different company. There were many emails exchanged between me and Wedtrend when I was trying to obtain a return address. They kept trying to get me to keep the merchandise. When I finally obtained the address, I had to take a picture of the item, the tag and insert these items into the package. Why? I have no idea, but I wanted my refund.

Here I am a little over a month later and NOT REFUND. Item has been received. So basically, they stole from me.

Stay clear of this company. A HUGE mistake!

Horrible. Do not order from this company. They will not respond to my emails to do a return on a bridesmaid dress. It says you can return within 14 days but to contact them for the information. 3 emails and no response!!! Scammers

Will not let you return

Will not let you return! I paid for expedited shipping and it came way after the promised delivery date. Dress did not fit and then they blocked my email address so I can’t contact them!

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. The product may not fit and while the site says returns are free, they are not. They also make returning the item impossible as they refuse to give you a return address and insist on multiple email communications to dispute why you do not want to keep the product. Look elsewhere.

Don't Recommend this Website

I ordered an outfit in March for a wedding in July, it took a while to arrive and was not true to size. The item had no tags and there was only a sticker on the plastic wrap. I contacted this company to receive a return label so that I could return the item, and it went on for weeks. I had to dispute the purchase with my credit card company to even get an address to mail the item back. Asked and asked for a return label and a credit to my credit card to no avail. They are now saying they credited my account on a date that was prior to my purchase. My credit card company removed the charge from my card. I would not recommend this company at all.

Terrible Timeline, Poor Quality

Took 2+ months for my dress to come - messaged them multiple times asking for a legitimate ETA and they never gave accurate or honest information. The dress arrived with one strap not properly sewn so it was disconnected from the dress. Contacted them and they didn’t respond for 21+ days and will not take the return.

After reading many of these reviews, I went out on a limb and ordered a dress only because someone I know personally ordered a dress with great success- It's been over a month dresses to come and they just sent me a tracking number again a tracking number that is not showing up in the USPS do not order from this site!!

The support email you have given me is the one I have been messaging since back in February. I finally got initiated half of the promised refund but amazing Enough I cannot get the other half that was promised me I have sent over five emails and promised the rest of my refund last one was a month ago. Nobody really responds through that email. I've had so many different people reply because the same person never replies more than once.

BEWARE, BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

BEWARE! We ordered a dress for my daughters prom well in advance and we have yet to receive the dress. Prom happened over the weekend and we were forced to run around on Friday to find another dress because according to their website, the dress is no where to be found. A customer service agent sent me a fake tracking number and stated that the dress was in route to be delivered. I entered the tracking # into USPS website and it was invalid. I contacted WebTrend and they responded that I was too emotional and needed to have more patience because according to their records they shipped it out and sent me a fake tracking number. I ordered on the 17th of April and needed the dress on the 4th of May. As of today, I still have not received the dress.

Scam

I have had the same experience as others. Cannot get a response from this group. Shipping was very delayed with no updates from seller. Dress did not fit appropriately and after numerous emails and people, they offered 10% or they could give me the address. I asked for address. Then they came back with only a 20% total refund. I told them that was unacceptable and did not follow policy on the website. I have not heard back again. I am warning as many people on these reviews as I can so no one else experiences this scam. I cannot report to BBB because not located here or Canada. But I am taking my case to Paypal. Perhaps they can block them.
