Excellent service and very quick delivery! Had my order within a couple of days! Very impressed and highly recommend!!

Quick and efficient shipping. Incredible customer support. Tons of promotions and an impressive selection of products. Been consistently re-ordering due to the trustworthy service.

Great product and fast shipping. Overall excellent experience with this company. I will keep ordering from them.

I am very happy with my order it got here very quickly. I had a good experience with customer service as well. They gave me an update on when my order was going to ship, when I inquired. Great experience all around!

I so wanted to have a good experience with this company but something is clearly missing with the communication regarding availability of product on their website at time of purchase and shipping notification.
I’m currently into day 15 of my initial order their policy is 1-3 business days for shipping.
I have sent numerous emails to customer service asking when I would receive the shipping confirmation (they have actually tried to help but apparently the supervisor was not forthcoming on providing the reason for the delay or any shipping information at all.) So I waited and waited..no resolve.
I asked for a refund and if that could not be confirmed then I would be initiating a dispute with my credit card company for non delivery of goods. Which I did start..that got their attention and an email was received stating it would be much faster to have the refund from them then going through the dispute process.
I called my credit card company and asked to have the dispute cancelled and to have an email of confirmation sent. They confirmed that there would be no email but a notification on my file. I passed that information on and now the refund is in question as there is no email. Good grief what more can a consumer do?? They charged my card immediately have not delivered my order, did not mention at time of purchase that product was out of stock and on back order and now are questioning my honesty regarding the dispute. I’m beyond disappointed and just want to ensure other customers do not have to go through this. 🙁

Exceptional products, and exceptional service. I will order time and time again as I know this is a trusted site for all my skin care needs.

My order came quick, and the product was great. I buy these products all the time, and was looking for an online canadian store

Amazing shopping experience! I purchased the iS Clinical cleanser and Collins lip balm, and I’m so happy with my order. The prices were great, especially with the Shop app discount, and the products are authentic and exactly as expected. I also loved that there were no duties or extra shipping surprises to Canada, which made the whole experience even better. My order arrived within a few days, beautifully packaged and in perfect condition.

They also have a large selection of medical-grade skincare, which makes it easy to shop for trusted brands in one place. I would definitely order again and highly recommend this website to anyone looking for authentic skincare at great prices.

I found this product a few years ago and I wanted to replace my empty bottle. I even added water to it to make it extend further. I was really glad to finally find it at a reasonable price.

Quick delivery. Lots of notifications re delivery

Great products and good pricing. Appreciate the good customer support

Found the products I was looking for with ease and they were delivered quickly.

I’ve been using the SkinCeuticals Advanced Eye cream for a few months now, and it has really helped with my dark circles. Ordering online from wedoskin.ca is super easy—there are no currency exchange fees or shipping charges, and shipping within Canada is incredibly fast
