My now wife and I were looking for something new and different for our guest book and had run a bunch of ideas through the mill. We could agree on one format. My wife came across the love letters and we both liked the idea.
The issue was that our wedding was 9 days away. I placed the order on line with a rush processing and next day. delivery. The very next morning I received a call to verify the date needed and the order. The customer service person was awesome! The product came when it was supposed to, 2 days prior to wedding. It was better than we hoped and we both could not be happier.

Everything was great!!!
The only thing I could say is that I wish it would cost a little less. Service was great too:) thank you!

I ordered a triple monogram cake topper for my upcoming wedding. It came out perfect! I ordered only partial crystals in me and my fiance's birthstone colors and it came out amazing! I already got a few complements on it! It was packaged well. I am very happy with my purchase.

I have lots of good to say about this company. The craftsmanship of the letters and all the script choices of the letters was awesome.
The order came very quickly considering they are creating my letters by my requested sizes and scripts.
I was planning a wedding reception on a catamaran. Since "initials" are so popular right now, I decided to make large pennants with a large cursive "w" in the center. The w had been painted white and covered with rhinestones. The pennants were hanging on dowel rods with long ribbons on each side. These were placed all around the bow of the catamaran. So pretty!
I would highly recommend this company to any and all!
