The wedding topper was so much more elegant that I expected and was quite beautiful on our wedding cake.

Customer Service is awesomeness. We are 100% satisfied and will Recommended you to all of my friends that are getting married or celebrating a milestone.

The pens did not work on the letter we bought for our guestbook...needless to say we don't have a keepsake from the day of our wedding and you cats put a price on that. $80 down the drain with no guest list...and they won't refund their defective product. Terrible customer service 😡😡😡😡😡

We love the Big E you made for us for the guest book at our son's wedding. The Bride loved it and that is the most important thing. We also purchased the jeweled E for the cake topper, in all black. I think it is beautiful , however, if I had it to do over again I think I would have mixed in a few clear crystals or had a clear crystal border, to give it a little more shine.

I love their customer service. They sent a picture to my email to ensure the message was just as I liked it. I confirmed it was correct and days later I notice I made an error of my own fault and thought it was too late to be fixed. By my surprised they fixed it and the sign in letter was perfect. I received lots of compliments my experience with wedding cutes was superb!!!!

We ordered a simple, cursive S for our cake and the result was beautiful. Very classy and the bakery had no problems installing it on the cake. It was the perfect touch for our upscale wedding.

I had to make many edits to the order and when received the order was not exactly as I expected but looking back it was my fault for not asking the right questions. all in all it was a rush job that got finished and arrived in time...it all worked out and all was fine.....

We ordered a 24" Large M for my son's wedding and we couldn't be more happy ~ all of our guests were commenting at how awesome it was. Very high quality and made such a statement. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

I ordered a letter in a font that they did not have. I sent a PDF image of the script K I wanted and they made it for me! It is absolutely beautiful and I thank wedding cuts for their exceptional customer service and quality of product! We are excited to use this on our desert display at our wedding and then to keep framed in our home afterward!

I ordered wood letters for a pine bark cake hoping to get a rustic feel. They did just that. They were perfect in color and size. The web site was easy to order from and I will come back here for my next cake top needs. I was in a time crunch and they shipped fast and arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend them.

I ordered the red LOVE cake topper and absolutely loved it. It was sturdy, wasn't cheap or flimsy, and shipped very quickly. When I dealt the with customer service, they were nice and quick. After the wedding, I pulled out the metal holders from the bottom, and now keep it in my home. I love it.

Product came in timely, looked just like it should and most importantly my daughter loved it!

I ordered the letter "K" guestbook in 23 inches. Note: anything 24 inches or more requires extra shipping costs.

We had 180 attend our wedding, and the 23 inch guest book was perfect. The entire package was perfect!

That, and I ordered this VERY last minute. I received a call the next day with instructions about the shipping/production extras I had to add to my package to get my order on time. This did cost extra of course, but that is what I get for waiting last minute. I was just thankful this company took time out of their day to contact me and make the necessary adjustments!

We had looked at so many monogram cake toppers that we were having a hard time deciding. When we finally chose Wedding Cuts and did the partial crystal, we were hoping that we had made the right decision.
It came and definitely exceeded our expectations! Very beautiful!!

Very dissatisfied with this product. I ordered a 4 and a 0 for a cake topper for our 40th anniversary with red Crystals on it. It looks like cheap gray plastic with crystals. When I inquired to Holly Crump (which she was great to work with) she told me it was metal!! No way does that look like metal at all. It's s flat gray plastic color. I paid over 90.00 for something that is very cheap looking. When I inquired Holly said well there is Swarovski crystals on there. There is maybe 10 crystals total and believe me I know the cost of these crystals. BEWARE before you order this product! Definitely not worth the price!!!!!! VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!!

I bought this for a bride who didn't want to have a traditional guest book at her reception. Website was very easy to negotiate and choose the right size, font, and color. I called Customer Service with a few additional questions and representative (I'm sorry I've forgotten her name) was extremely helpful. After receiving the product, I was more than pleased...and bridge loves it!

Love the style of the letter and can't wait to put it on the cake!
