Like any reputable car buyer, we conduct an in person inspection of all vehicles we purchase. Looking at your appointment history, it appears that you did not disclose any damage during your initial online valuation. Since we were not aware of some of the issues below, our final offer was different than your first online valuation.
We operate with full transparency, so we hope you were invited to join along during this inspection process. We noticed a damaged dashboard, rust on the roof panel, a cracked windshield, and several bodyline dents. Unfortunately, the collection of these issues negatively impacted the final value of your vehicle.

No pressure experience
I was selling my car on Wednesday, so I made an appointment for Friday and had it sold that day. There was no pressure and I had a check in hand that day for a fair price. Lacey was wonderful to work with. Plus, they gave me an Uber voucher for a ride home.
