My experience with this company couldn't have been any easier or faster. The staff was warm and friendly, and the young man who came to the house gave plenty of notice and arrived on time. To sell my old car, I filled in the online questionnaire until I got to the damage part, where a minor flaw counts the same as a major flaw. In that my 20 old car had mostly all minor flaws, I wasn't comfortable using it as the evaluation. so I didn't complete it. Scott called and said if I brought it in, he could do it there. He was great to work with, we agreed on a price, and I walked out with a check. Thank you, Scott!
