Quick and easy, was made a great initial offer that did come down a few thousand but was still happy with the amount I was given. Dave & John were both professional and honest. I would recommend them over any used car purchaser.

This rating is based off customer service received. The transaction went very well. Far better than the competition (Dealer, CarMax, Carvana, etc) Easy and straightforward. John B was extremely helpful and thorough. It took about 30-40 minutes to inspect and give my car a test drive. However, (as one may anticipate) the online estimate was no where near the initial quote. Also keep in mind that there is doc fee. Thankfully the quote was negotiable and we were able to get to a compromise. If I were to rate the entire experience from online to going to the branch I would rate it a 4.5 as the difference in online estimate to in person quote was a bit off to be perfect.

John was great during the process, was transparent as to why the vehicle was the value it was. Worked with me to get to a number I wanted. Would repeat and refer.
