Tim Ray was the best representative any company could have! He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly! He explained every process clearly.
Reason for four star rating: I thought we were dealing with the Melbourne, FL office, but when the appointment confirmation call came in, it was a Pennsylvania number, which I didn't answer. Many people don't answer unknown numbers. Luckily, I received a text requesting me to confirm. However, after confirming, it took the entire day for my confirm to be acknowledged.
Tim Ray saved the entire experience. Your internal team could do better.

Terri: The lady I had my transaction with was totally helpful in every way possible! Very friendly, knowledgeable and made everything with signing paperwork very easy for me.
