Reiki Hall, our contact person, was outstanding. Explained everything to us, even brought all documentation out to our other car, since I have limited mobility & getting in & out of the car is difficult. Reiki was super pleasant and knowledgeable.

Reggie was great, however, it took longer than expected as the check printer required new toner and understood as not his regular location. Give him 4.5. Disappointed in value given ad I am sure it can be parted out for a lot more as basically new tires and battery.

Matt was great with a difficult situation. We were selling my deceased father's car for my mother. Besides the death it was also registered out of state and we didn't have the title. With the help of someone else at another office, they navigated the entire situation professionally and rather quickly with the hiccups that occurred along the way.

They gave a realistic bid for the car, then were honest to deal with. The process took about 30 minutes to complete and I walked out with a check in hand. Great people and great process. Would highly recommend.
