The company is good and the buyer is great

The guy was a little gruff to start with but warmed up as our visit progressed. I wasn’t satisfied with the amount we received. I feel like I could have sold the headlights for more. However, we wanted to be rid of the car. This location stands to make a good bit more than we were offered.

Update- the corporate office responded to my concerns. The biggest issue I had was that the offer I got online was way more than the offer I got in person. And the second issue was that I was unaware of a fee for paperwork until we arrived at the location. When the corporate office heard this they were great to try to address my concerns. They ended up sending me a bit more for my car. It was still a good bit lower than the online offer, but better. I do understand that the car had issues. I am pleased with the resolution.

I worked with Tom and he was awesome! He made the process so easy and I could finally sell the SUV. I will highly recommend We Buy Any Car to friends and have them ask for Tom!
