Outstanding customer service from Grecia
Grecia has such wonderful customer service skills - I'm a senior citizen who had been extremely stressed about having to sell my old car, but she made the entire process streamlined & easy for me to understand. She took care of the inspection, all the paperwork & presented me with an offer that was quite reasonable. I highly recommend her to anyone who is considering selling their vehicle. Reiki Hall was an excellent person handling my sale. I appreciated his professionalism throughout the process. We had some title challenges and completed deal with POA but the check wasn't made out to the person that we understood initially. So, a missed communication on that one aspect, but otherwise a seamless transaction.

Everyone I spoke to was super nice and helpful! The process went pretty smooth. The only thing was a lot of back and forth regarding the payoff letter I needed to get from my bank. I feel like communication of what needed to be on the letter wasn't clear the first or second time I got it. Then I had to request it a third time, and we ended up calling the bank anyways, so that was the only thing frustrating. Otherwise, 10/10 recommend going here!
