Sam was exceptionally kind and gracious. She had a lot of issues with their systems being slow or locking up, she handled it all very professionally and was very apologetic for the time it took to make the transaction happen.

Quintin was so easy to work with and explained all steps in the process well. Very warm and engaging!

Sam was very professional and spent lots of time diligently working up the car’s condition (twice!). She helped to get me a reasonable offer. Although I still believe the car was worth more, I settled to bring the lengthy process to an end.

I already wrote an in depth review for this company on BBB and I don't want to repeat the same thing here. My big takes was that they took the time to check and review the condition of my vehicle and their result matched the review and research that I already conducted. As most offers go, their initial offer was low. But their negotiation appear to involve a group effort which was evident as the agent went back and forth with her colleagues via online communication. Eventually they significantly improve their offer to the point where it came close, (though not quite matched my expectation) but it did reach what I considered fair by my own research.

The agent, Sam was courteous, pleasant and professional. In the end, I felt it was a good, easy and pleasant way to sell your vehicle.
